Elegant stay

Elegant apartment, has everything we needed: toiletries, towels, cutlery, coffee machine (along with several capsules for it). Fridge and stove with some pans including. Wi-fi was stable. Shower was great. “Apartment on the ground floor” has a separate bedroom, which was very convenient. The couch in the living room was big enough to fit 2 people, if needed. The location is great: rather quiet, walking distance to the center, the lake with Iron fox, supermarket (Maxima) was nearby. I can confirm the previous comments about great restaurant being nearby – and this villa is also a museum.

Parking is not free (but cheap), I forgot to start it one morning and had to pay the fine (8€). But that was my fault, the owner warned me of the parking conditions.

Centrally located apartment to rest.

Large apartment close to the boulevard and supermarket. Comfortable bed and good size bathroom.Most kitchenware was here. Very central place to stay.

For what was advised included kitchenware, there was no toaster or microwave, and the cook top didn't work. We had to make an alternative choice for our proposed self catered breakfast. We arrived late due to a long travel day and parking was a real issue. We did find a park in the street, but not near the apartment. So the tip is, get here early before people arrive home from work

Beautiful apartment

The apartment’s fantastic location was a highlight. We truly enjoyed the spacious layout, and the bedrooms were generously sized, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Everything about the accommodation was superb, but I have one comment regarding the downstairs situation. The entrance leads directly to stairs for the upstairs unit without any additional doors for separation. In the morning, we could hear cleaners moving around downstairs. Although they didn’t come upstairs, it felt less private than expected. Adding a door or partition could enhance the sense of privacy for future guests.

Great location, nice decor, could be improved

Spent 2 nights here as 4 adults. Property is in a great location; very walkable to all the spots you want to see & many great restaurants. Living room space upstairs is large and it was great to have a fridge on site. Decor is very nice too with ample seating. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Staircase is steep to room 3/4 & not the easiest to bring luggage up. Some of the rooms do not have air conditioning although the listing says they do (room 3 AC did not work at first as remote battery was dead & room 4 has no AC and windows do not open either). The kitchen is minimal and very small. Patio space had no cushions on the furniture so it was very uncomfortable for sitting outside. Towels were covered in hair (not ours) and there were no extras - host provided new ones when notified. Would recommend somewhere to hang jackets in the main area, and a spot to hang towels in the washrooms. The photos make it unclear what you’re booking as they are photos of different rooms than you may be booking.

Nice place

The location is convenient. Contemporary. Bedding was white and clean. The place was okay. Lots of potential.

Checking in was not smooth. Instructions should have been sent when payment was made. It was such an inconvenience waiting in the cold and having to call someone just to get access. The place didn't have an oven or microwave, it was such an inconvenience. Shower could use a good scrubbing.Toilet seat wasn't very clean. A washing machine would be a good addition to the place.

Awesome place, exceeded expectations, very nice interior, exceptional, amazing bedroom, dolce gusto with capsules! TV had Go3, Netflix etc. Great location. I'm giving a 10 because of very good value for money.

The only minus is 3(!) keys and view from the window. Also not very soundproof, but my neighbors weren't noisy so it was fine. But maybe I was:D

Perfect stay for good money

Perfect location, few stepa from the old town main street. Guest house is almost new, everything is clean and working.
