Good location, cosy apartment and very quick response from the host.

Pleasant stay

Excellent location- in the city center. Very convenient that a car parking space was provided. Spacious apartments, had all the facilities we needed. Air conditioning was so good, as apartments have large windows. Very good price for the value.

Some of the facilities were of basic quality, but not a problem for us, they met our expectations.

Apartment on the Top floor of a NIGHT CLUB

Location and apartment was good( it was clean and nice)

That the apartment sits on the top floor of a NIGHT CLUB and the Night club works on Friday and Saturday from 12 midnight to 6 o clock in the morning And the thumping sound reaches the top floor So Booking.com and the owners should take that into consideration

Perfect for value.

The property is right in the city center. Apartment was very spacious, big bed, great sofa bed! Easy to collect the keys, great host. Good parking. Would definitely recommend!

A few small things - Shower door was broken, the toilet needs fixing also, it would occasionally get stuck. Only 3 chairs. Otherwise, everything was good.

Perfect location: in the centre of Siauliai. Several people complained about the noise from the night club, but it is open only on Fridays and Saturdays. We stayed on other weekdays, so it was very calm.

Spacious, light, comfortable and secure appartment in the town center, perfect location!

It was a bit noisy on Saturday night- there is a night club downstairs.We knew about club,but it never was an issue before..Never mind, we managed to catch up later eith sleep.. Also there is no lift( but staircase is wide and comfortable)- we knew that from previous stays.Just to bear in mind.

Location. This is good and bad. The good thing is that it is in the center of the city and it is beautiful there. And it’s bad because there is a nightclub in the basement and music is heard at night. Also a big minus is that there are gas boilers or something like that behind the wall, and they make a lot of noise, which also interferes with sleep.

Pačiame Šiaulių centre, jaukūs, erdvūs ir šviesūs apartamentai. Labai aiški informacija dėl raktų atsiėmimo. Yra nemokama vieta automobiliui. Apartamentuose yra visko, ko gali prireikti, tarpe ir kondicionierius, skalbimo mašina.

Pasigedome muilo. Taip pat kiek praretėjęs indų asortimentas. Vakare buvo girdėti iš muzikinio klubo sklindanti muzika, bet ne tokia, kad trukdytų poilsiui.

Было ужассно холодно,даже под 2 мя одеялами. Телевизор прошлого века ,если рассчитываете посмотреть фильм это не реально! Кондиционер так же прошлого века (он не греет). С ключами квест бегать туда сюда.Квартира на 4-м этаже.

Turėjom du apartamentus, abu švarūs, tvarkingi. Įsiregistravimo instrukcija pateikta aiškiai. Vieta labai gera.

Nepatiko, kad iš naktinio klubo visą naktį girdėjosi triukšmas.

Netinka poilsiui

Erdvus ir gerai įrengtas butas pagrindinėje Vilniaus g. Visi butai 4 aukšte be lifto, tai jeigu keliaujate su senjorais ar mažais vaikais, nebus patogu. Vidaus kieme yra vieta mašinai.

Namo apačioje yra naktinis klubas. Tai šeštadienį nuo 23:00 prasidėjo toks bytas....iki paryčių, vibracija tiesiog eina per sienas, nesvarbu, kad ketvirtas aukštas, miegoti buvo neįmanoma. Ir dar sekančią dieną nebuvo karšto vandens .....

Būsto gera lokacija, erdvu, buvo buitinės technikos, tai ko reikėjo.

Dienos metu rami aplinka, nesijaučia automobilių triukšmo, vidiniame kiemelyje, už lango šiulba paukšteliai. Bute švari, keičiama kvepianti patalinė, 2 kondicionieriai, malonaus kvapo dušo žėlė. Viskas ko reikia: orkaitė, virdulys, mikrobangų krosnelė, kaitlentė, džiovintuvas, skalbimo mašina, lygintuvas ir indaplovė - palengvina buitį. Gera įstaigos lokacija, patogus susisiekimas. Erdvus butas.

Trūko švaros. Rekomenduoju pasidaryti generalinį valymą. Sienos, baldai, grindys lipo prie rankų ir kojų, buvo voratinklių, virtuvinės spintelės aptaškytos ir nenuvalytos. Klubas apačioje, butas be garso izoliacijos, nuo 23-5 ryto tranki muzika iš klubo esančio rūsyje. Na ir triukšmautojai didieji, nuo 4-6 ryto šūkaujantys klubo lankytojai. Po nakties bute jautėmės gal net labiau pavargę nei pailsėję. Trūko kokybiškesnių puodų ar keptuvių, labai primityvios, keptuvė svyla, trūko peilių normalių, buvo du nekokie. Beje siurprizas orkaitėje! Pilna riebalų skarda pridžiūvusi! Išploviau, nes norėjom ją panaudoti. Reikia daugiau švaros! Nors buvome tik tris naktis pakeitė rankšluosčius ir patalinę, bet šiukšlių neišnešė, kurios buvo mūsų supakuotos ir padėtos. Apie patalinės keitimą ir apskritai atėjėjimą į butą mūsų viešnagės be mūsų žinios, labai nepatiko. Niekur su tuo dar nebuvome susidūrę. Reikia informuoti, arba pasiklausti ar iš viso pageidaujame patalinės keitimo. Tai nekorektiška, ir nepagarbu svečių atžvilgiu, tai ne viešbutis. Net ir viešbutyje dėl privatumo yra kabinamas užrašas apie pageidavimą užeiti arba neužeiti...
