Reasonable accommodation just not for those having surgery or those not fully able bodied

The property was clean and modern.

Unfortunately on booking I stated I was having surgery. This property is not set up for people that have had surgery and this should have been advised by the owners. The bed has no head board and does not have a back- it’s also located under the apex of the roof so limited mobility around. The kitchen only had basic facilities. There was no toaster microwave etc. it was located on a hill with a large number of steps for access to the town etc.

Great location. Would really benefit from a few small tweaks which would make it great.

Great location, very close to city centre (5 minute walk) The studio was a good size with a pleasant bathroom & lots of storage. Large TV and high speed WiFi. Cleanliness was of a good standard.

Unfortunately I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable, with poor quality pillows and only 1 small towel and a hand towel provided for a 9 night stay. I raised the issue of the bedding & mattress quality and the hosts were very responsive, dropping off an additional duvet and new bedding following my complaint about a single duvet being provided for a double bed and some stains to the bedding. The overall quality of the stay would be greatly improved if the mattress and pillows were of a higher standard. My studio was located on the ground floor and unfortunately did not have a sofa/seating area………so a huge TV but nowhere to sit and watch it! This wasn’t ideal as I was there for an extended period and had to sit in bed to relax/watch Tv. They had closed to put a small dining table and four chairs in the kitchen and lounge area which seems odd given that the kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped. Some tea towels, additional cooking utensils and a microwave would be a great addition.

Overall we liked the place and it would be more ideal with just little change

The place was really nice, very spacious the kitchen equipments, the coffee machine, the Coker, and the large storage facilities 😊

I wish the bedding were clean on our first night, we had to wash them, requested pillow cases and extra towels but was not provided. The shower was flooding😔

Great place to stay in Kaunas

The communication with the host was smooth with clear check in/check out instructions. We have rented two apartments, both had all the necessary items for our comfort. Location was also very convenient walking distance from Laisvės alėja. It also offered private parking. The apartment was clean.

Great value for the money.

Clean apartment and great communication from the host. Private parking was a plus. Air conditioning and air heating was also useful as the weather was constantly changing.

Missed a washer, but on the other hand there would not be place for it in this small apartment.

Great apartments, very cosy, clean and modern. Fantastic location, would stay again!!!

The apartment was spacious enough for 2, cosy, clean, modern and in a great location. The hosts were great and very easy to contact. They even let us enter the apartment early and we also did a late check out. The location is fantastic, right near to all shops etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% come back.

All I could say is that a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms would be nice and also a microwave. Also the artwork is a little strange, something maybe more soothing or less vibrant would be better.

Greta location if you want to be close to the city , cleanliness could be improved though

The location was great 7 mins walk to main part of town , close to restaurants and shops

The apartment had stains on the couch and headboard in the double room , there was also an ant problem and we spent a huge amount of time hoovering them up. We kept the place very clean and the bin’s empty so no idea where the ants were coming from . We became uncomfortable and itchy thinking about the ants potentially crawling on us while we were sleeping

The facilities were excellent — everything was very modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the amenities I needed and felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

I noticed quite a few ants, mainly in the bathroom and kitchen areas, which was a bit inconvenient.

Jednoduchý spôsob checkin a checkout, všetko bolo tak ako som sa s prevádzkovateľom dohodol. V cene bolo i parkovanie.

V spálňach bolo celkom chladno, ale v podstate to nevadilo, aspoň sa lepšie spalo.
