Comfortable rooms a bit outside of Šialiai, well kept territory and surroundings

Clean room, silent around althought highway close. Very beautiful territory around.

They could put water boiler for tea/coffe upstairs, because we wanted to make a hot drink, but cafe didnt work at 6.

It was clean and the surroundings quite peaceful.

Staff wasn’t exactly unfriendly but not really helpful either. Bedside lamps in the room didn’t work. Room was almost out of toilet paper. Worst of all a cleaning person tried to get in at 9 in the morning with no warning. I was a sleep and my dog freaked out. My dog is wary of people so I need to be careful. Check out time is at 12. Come then or check if I’ve checked out already or knock for goodness sake!

Beautiful property, great staff, fantastic restaurant

What an amazing place. Beautiful well kept property, close to the highway and close to the Hill of Crosses which was one of our destinations. The restaurant on site was exceptional both for dinner and breakfast.

Convenient location near a road, and the polite personnel.

We chose that place only because of its higher price in comparison with other options, having decided it was proof of quality. But, there was an absolute discrepancy between cost and quality. The cheapest furniture and uncomfortable beds, thin walls made it almost impossible to sleep well. But overpricing creates an illusion of high-quality accommodation. But for sure that accommodation is closer to a Soviet child camp by its condition, than to the concept of a hotel.

Enjoyed great stay, food and staff near the Hill of Crosses.

The hotel and restaurant are in a lovely rural setting yet close to the Hill of Crosses and Siauliai. My room was large and comfortable. Both of my meals in the restaurant were delicious. The property includes some small ponds, basketball/tennis/soccer court, and whimsical swing set equipment. The staff were all helpful and personable.

We booked a room through the booking.com for three nights with a pet (small dog) from June 23rd to 26th. This property allowed pets. When we arrived in the room and checked the bedding, we realized that the bedding had not been changed since the previous occupants. When the bedding was requested, there were no objections and the bedding was changed in agreement with the fact that they were certainly not changed during the cleaning of the room. The floor of the room was unwashed, the edges full of dust and earth. There was no effective ventilation in the bathroom, so there was an unpleasant smell. The main problem was the discovery of rodent poison under the bed called Rodenticid. As we had not noticed the dog for a bit, we started looking for him and found him sniffing a blue sachet under the bed. There were three such bags under the bed and all close to the edge. All three easily accessible even to a baby crawling on the floor. As it was already late (about 00:30), we notified the administration of the homestead in the morning. We also asked to wash the floor in the room and collect the poison. We were politely listened to, agreed to the fact that it really shouldn’t be there or easily accessible! However, when we returned, in the evening of the same day, we found only the floor washed around the bed, and the poison remaining under the bed with all the dust and rubbish. In advance, we also found an abandoned cleaning chemical bottle in the room next to the bed cabinetry.

I lived in room 7, the staff start to be the noise at 7 in the morning. Because there is a staff room in front of the my room. At 8 in the morning the staff came to my room for cleaning.

Séjour convenable pour une nuitée.

Situation toute proche de la fameuse Colline des Croix. Emplacement calme malgré la proximité de la route. Chambre très spacieuse avec grand lit et salon. Présence d'un restaurant sur place pour le dîner.

Dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu avoir de petit-déjeuner à une heure précoce étant donné la situation isolée de l'hôtel (ce n'était d'ailleurs pas prévu dans la réservation). Emplacement bizarre des chambres placées autour d'une salle de conférences !
