Very good location, clean and tidy. The host very helpful.

The flat was very clean and tidy. There are 2 different metro stations just 5 min walk from the flat and a supermarket very closed. The room was very comfortable but the sofa-bed needs to be checked. The host was very helpful all the time.

Love this apartment

Everything. The location is residential, few minutes away from the metro station Bignami. Close to shopping mall and Bicocca Village (mainly restaurants). Host, Angelo, was available whenever we texted him, providing clear instructions and information. Communication was excellent. The bed was comfortable, kitchen equipped with appliances, utensils, crockery which we did not make use of. Coffee pods were available as was a bottle of Prosecco. Bathroom functions well with the bath having a normal shower head and a rainforest head. There is also a washing machine. Apartment is airy, full of light and has a balcony/verandah with outdoor furniture. The apartment has a clothes airer, iron and board, ample storage space. To sum up, a home away from.home. We will definitely stay there again if the apartment is available.

It would been really nice stay if the apartment was clean.

The property was space and comfortable for our family. The location is not in the central part but it is 5 minutes close to the metro station. Near to 2 trade centers and Lidl. A large balcony can be used to spend evenings outside. The host wrote me to ask when we will arrive and give as the opportunity to check in earlier. A bottle of Prosecco was there for us as a compliment.

The apartment was dirty - spider nets, a lot of dust, the floor was sticky (we had to clean it on Easter (the day of our arrival)). The sofa was full of dirty spots. The bathtube was dirty as well. The bed in bedroom has a textil backrest which was full of dust :( The air conditioning vents were full of dust. The dishes and utensils were dirty with food residue. There were crumbles in the table and on the floor.

one of the best appartament I ever stayed in Milan. very clean,comfortable not far from metro. easy for moving around Milan. Angelo was very helpful replied to our messages fast. Will sure go again with family.

Our stay in the apartment was genuinely enjoyable, as it was well-appointed with all the essential amenities, including coffee, tea, and even a bottle of wine. However, as a family consisting of a husband, a wife, and our 19-year-old daughter, we have made the conscious choice to abstain from alcohol. This choice is deeply rooted in our personal values, and we believe it is important for hosts to be mindful of the diverse preferences of their guests. Although we encountered a minor inconvenience, we would like to emphasize that our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. The apartment's accessibility was impressive, with the main gate remaining open and eliminating the need for a door code or digital entry. Furthermore, the location is superb, conveniently situated within walking distance of the Metro station and a nearby mall that boasts a variety of delightful restaurants and a supermarket. This accessibility significantly enhanced our stay, allowing us to explore the area with ease and enjoy the local dining options available. We would like to take this moment to commend Angelo for being an outstanding host, and we wholeheartedly recommend his accommodation to others. The value offered for the price is exceptional, making it one of the premier options available. Despite our minor suggestion for improvement, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we are thankful for the warm hospitality we experienced. The apartment itself exceeds many four- and five-star hotels, featuring a bathroom equipped with a bathtub that also serves as a rain shower, as well as a balcony spacious enough for dining. Overall, it is a truly delightful and comfortable place to stay, and we certainly look forward to returning to Angelo's apartment on our next visit to Milan.

We would recommend that the owner consider providing wine only upon request, as not everyone consumes alcohol for various reasons, including personal beliefs or recovery journeys. Instead, offering alternatives such as chocolates, or biscuits would likely be more universally appreciated and suitable for families, including those with children.

A great place to stay in Milano

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations! The apartment is very cozy, it has all the necessary facilities and the host provided coffee (both ground and capsules), sugar, etc. Angelo (the host) has even prepared complimentary ginger biscuits and waffles which was a very nice touch! He was extra helpful in providing all kinds of useful info about Milano. Definitely recommend for families. We stayed for three nights and it was great! The location is close to a metro station and a bus station. There is a parking lot nearby (in the Biccoca Village trade centre) which we used.

Excellent communication with the owner. Very warm and comfortable apartment with a spacious balcony. Extremely quiet and convenient location, within a 4-minute walk to the subway. You can get to the center of Milano in 20 minutes from your doorstep. Lidl and two malls are located within 3-minute walks.

The apartment is prettier in person and very very comfortable! it was great for 2 couples (double bed + sofa bed). You can also warm up the place to your desire temperature if you visit in winter (underfloor heating is amazing)

Fabulous

Fabulous apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen, large TV with Netflix, great bathroom. Large balcony overlooking garden. Shielded from most of the street noise. Electric blinds. Friendly, communicative host. I visited a nearby conference and felt sorry not having more time to spend in the apartment.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped. Close to metro and taxi stations. The host, Angelo, was very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my luggage when I arrived earlier than check-in time. My stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Definitely, my go-to accommodation when I come back to Milano.

Really clean and well equipped apartment with huge balcony! Had no problems with reaching Angelo, he is laid-back and chill. The apartment has everything you'd need, we were able to cook without difficulities. The location is great as well, close to metro line 5, and to shops like Lidl and Ipercoop. Recommended! :D

Everything was good, we checked in on time and easily. We had a good time there, especially our daughter, she enjoyed the house, and she was very happy to get a Teddy bear as a gift from the owner(because she liked it) and they prepared her bed without asking. Eccellente service😊

Pied à terre idéal pour visiter Milan

Appartement agréable, au calme dans une résidence sécurisée et proche du Métro Ligne 5. C'est un pied à terre parfait pour un court séjour sur Milan. L'appartement est lumineux et bien équipé et l'hôte a été très réactif lors de nos échanges.

Sans être technophobe, j'ai trouvé assez complexe et stressant de devoir utiliser une application pour l'ouverture des portes. Une clé classique, on n'a encore jamais fait plus simple ;-) A côté de ça, les petites tutos et les échanges fluides avec l'hôte ont été d'une grande aide.

Estada en família, còmode, a bon preu i fantàstica!

La facilitat de fer l'entrada i la sortida, les explicacions de tot, clares i concises, la predisposició i amabilitat del propietari, atent a totes les nostres peticions... L'ubicació és perfecte, ens hem mogut amb transport públic per tota la ciutat. El barri tranquil, amb tots els serveis necessaris a l'abast, l'edifici molt gran però ben cuidat, amb espais ajardinats, instal·lacions infantils... Molt agradable! Ha estat un gran encert reservar aquest apartament!!!
