Perfect beautiful place in Tuscany

We were here now at second time. Beautiful place and beautiful hotel with first class golf course. The assistance are very friendly and helpful. The pool is very good and clear. And the breakfast is delicious.

The staff were friendly, but didn’t seem to want to go out of their way to make the experience better. For instance, we asked for a taxi to go to dinner, they wouldn’t book for us. The food options at the restaurant is also limited if you are with someone who has allergies.

We liked the view, the food, it's quiet, we got upgraded to a bigger room, the staffs were very nice.

What we didn't like was we had to walk 2-3 minutes from our room to the main house. But it was okay, we could always tell them if we want a service from our room to the main house or vice versa.

This place is a gem!

The whole team did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Starting with a warm welcome at the front desk, personal greeting at the restaurant, a cosy room with golf view, an amazing Spa, motivating golf trainer... I could go on for hours. We travelled a lot and we have to say that the whole team lives customer service at its best. The find the right balance between service and privacy. The key here is, that the do it with heart! Starting from leadership and lived throughout the team. Last but not least, the restaurant and food is extraordinary. This is high class cuisine! Thank you again and we are looking forward staying at your hotel again!

Highly recommend

The staff were wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities were very new. We were able to use the spa and were given a free upgrade and free welcome drink on arrival.

Everything was great however the coffee for Italy was a little disappointing.

Beautiful relaxing place with amazing food and wonderful sunsets

We had two rooms. The first room was a regular double and was a bit small but nice. The second room was beautiful it was a duplex and with a big balcony. We loved it!

great staff! killer dining. the restaurant was over the top. Michelin quality dishes and flatware, prawns nicely sauce, wonderful stuffed zucchini flowers. and the pork was delicious! great service!

golf course is virtually unplayable. no grass on the fairways. no fitness center although one was mentioned on the website. these two features brought us to the hotel!

Outstanding stay! We spent some days off in this wonderful place, thanks to a friend’s tip.. we definitely love Riva, that’s why we really recommend it! Friendly staff and nice room: this is the best place to stay at and discover the lovely Toscany countryside. Beautiful landscape, amazing food.. I mean: what an experience! Looking forward to come back soon.. you better not to miss it!

Scelto per puro caso, bellissima sorpresa!

Struttura immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, ulivi a perdita d'occhio e scorci davvero suggestivi anche del mare che si trova a pochi metri in linea d'aria. Personale davvero gentilissimo tutto; in particolare la Direttrice è stata veramente garbata nell' apprendere, approfondire e risolvere un problema alla camera manifestatosi durante la nottata. Piscina grande, pulita e confortevole. Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Il menù cena del ristorante l'ho trovato rivisitato in chiave un po' troppo "internazionale" a mio gusto. Per lo meno i piatti ordinati. Del resto prodotti e servizio di qualità. Forse la vicinanza della arteria principale di collegamento potrebbe dare un po' noia quando il traffico si intensifica.

Siamo stati benissimo! La gentilezza dello staff ed il livello del servizio offerto, la bellezza del posto con i suoi alberi, i fiori ed il verde, la cura di ogni angolo, la bontà del cibo ed il rispetto dell'ambiente. Tutto ha reso la nostra vacanza davvero piacevole, rilassante, un'esperienza che ci ha fatto stare benissimo.

Grosses Zimmer & äusserst freundliches Personal

Wir haben meinen Geburtstag im Resort verbracht. Wir hatten das Zimmer 125 (upgrade sei dank) mit kleinem Balkon. Das gesamte Personal ist äusserts freundlich. Das Abendessen war bester Qualität & mit dem Frühstück waren wir auch zufrieden. Golf & Spa haben wir nicht genutzt, daher wir nur 1 Nacht da waren. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Der Golfplatz ist grandios.

Der Golfplatz ist grandios und anspruchsvoll zu spielen. Der Spa-Bereich ist perfekt und nur wenig frequentiert. Das Fruehstueck ist in Ordnung. Insgesamt herrschte eine sehr freundliche Stimmung.

Unser sehr schoenes Zimmer mit Garten lag etwas abseits, leider sehr nahe an der an der Strasse, so dass wir nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen konnten. Es empfiehlt sich, nicht zu spaet zum Fruehstueck zu kommen, da gelegentliche Golf-Gruppen das Buffet schnell pluendern...; ansonsten alles ok Das Restaurant bietet am Abend sehr gehobene Kueche mit sehr kleiner Auswahl - und entspricht nicht dem, was man normalerweise (auch) in einem Golf-Hotel erwartet: Snacks, Salate, Huehnchen etc.

Struttura molto bella, camera moderna e ampia con vista sui campi da golf. Ampio parcheggio. Colazione ottima (poco buffet, ma di qualità e poi personale disponibilissimo che porta uova e bevande fatte al momento, basta chiedere e sono pronti a soddisfare le richieste). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Tempi di check-in più lunghi del normale. Il balcone della camera non è utilizzabile (sono 15 cm, quindi non si può uscire, ma la vista resta ottima). Per raggiungere il centro / il mare bisogna prendere la macchina, la struttura è fuori (come è ovvio, visto che dispone di un campo da golf).

Colazione ottima e con vastissima scelta di dolce, salato, bevande calde e fredde. Di tutto e di più! Posizione ottima: immerso in un campo da golf in un uliveto. In lontananza si scorge anche il mare. Pace e tranquillità. Piscine e centro benessere puliti e confortevoli. Ristorante ottimo! TUTTO il personale molto molto gentile e disponibile!

La propreté, la gentillesse et disponibilité de tous le staff y compris au restaurant. Restaurant excellent ainsi que petit déjeuner riche, complet et savoureux. Emplacement idéal pour rayonner soit vers les différentes plages de la côte ou celle de l’hôtel, vers l’île d’Elbe et vers l’intérieur du pays vers différents bourg à visiter
