La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Follonica! Bajando ya uno llega a la plaza, a la peatonal comercial y muy cerca de la playa. Fuimos en invierno asi que solo fuimos a la playa para sacar fotos y para tomar un café en el bar que tiene unas vistas hermosas. El B&B tiene habitaciones y baño amplios, muy cómodos. Camas y blanquería muy buena. El check-in automático fue sencillo. Fue muy fácil encontrar el lugar. El bar donde se toma el desayuno es muy cerca, pequeño y muy amable la atención. Tuvimos una excelente estadía.
No tiene ascensor, pero están instalando uno pequeño que será de mucha utilidad para subir las valijas.

Sono ormai una habitué del B&B, é comodissimo, vicino alla stazione e con tutti i locali sotto casa, é aperto tutto l’anno e mi dà un’idea di casa. Alessia, la titolare, è gentilissima e disponibile, mi lascia sempre un ticket per la colazione al bar. Il letto é molto comodo, la stanza ha un terrazzino, è spaziosa, il bagno ottimo.

Very clean good location to train and the centre
The construction next door (luckily it ended shortly after our arrival and the weekend was quiet) jackhammering - I would be upset if I was staying during the weekday and not informed . Also could hear coughing and muffled talking from next room.
