Extremely nice, accommodating staff and a comfy room. They also kept the key to the room so I could go to the beach on my own without a stress of potentially loosing it.

I had some small issue with the electric sockets near the bed, they were not working for my standard EU chargers, but there were still two that worked on the other side of the room and in the bathroom.

large spacious room and bathroom

there is no sound insulation between the rooms, you have the feeling that the guests from the next room are in the same room as you. there was a youth next to us during our stay who did not sleep all night, as a result we were also awake. At 6:00 a.m. other foreign guests entered our room with the key they had received at the reception. how is this possible? the room has not been cleaned for a long time, but here and there someone just wipes it a little and changes the bed linen and towels.

Friendly hotel in a good location

Staff very friendly. The breakfast was good and the waitresses in the breakfast room were happy and efficient Shower was good. Everything very clean. Plenty of on street parking nearby

The bathroom was a little small. The bed was not very comfortable, these days we are used to memory mattresses and the bed had springs. We only stayed one night but I think more nights would have been a challenge

We’ll be back!

A charming little hotel in a small seaside town. The location is perfect - a short walk through the beautiful umbrella pines and sand dunes to the long sandy beach. We also really appreciated the on-site parking. However, the most striking thing about the hotel is the outstanding customer service at the front desk. The receptionists went out of her way to help with excellent restaurant recommendations and to help me store medication and Ice packs in the hotel’s fridge/freezer. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such friendly efficient and helpful hotel staff.

Would have loved the typical scrambled eggs with bacon for breakfast. There was no warm food, instead - only the chance to toast bread The beach in front of the hotel had no great sea (still pleasantly clean, just no clear water) and was close to a very old and ruined building

A nice place to stay to pass a week at sea and around the town of Follonica.

The Hotel is close the city center (5/10 minutes by foot) and to a lot of bar, restaurant and interest places in Follonica. The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff has always been kind and helpful, with particular regard to the reception girl, Andrea, always gentle and available and the girl at the breakfast service, Victoria, for the kindness and professionalism.

The room was smaller than what expected!

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better, it is a few steps away from the beach. It was also great to have a balcony with sea view! Air-conditioning is a must during summer, and that worked fine! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was always very nice.

The only complaint I have is about the very old building, which you can notice well by the outdated furniture, totally inadequate power sockets (type, amount and placement) for today's standards, and the poor sound-proofing (the coastal area is very noisy at night).

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. In 3min ist man am Strand und kann die Sonne und das Meer genießen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Man ist in ca. 10 min im Zentrum und findet dort genügend Restaurants und Bars.

Das Frühstück ist okay, aber mehr auch nicht. Unsere Matratzen hatten schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Sehr durchgelegen.

Wer ein preiswertes Hotel in Gehdistanz zum Strand 🏖️ sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Wir wurden von der jungen Dame freundlich empfangen und kompetent in sauberem Englisch und verständlicher Ausführung in die wichtigen Dinge eingeführt. Das Hotel liegt hinter einem wunderbaren Pinienhain 50 m vom Strand. Dieser Strand hatte seine besten Zeiten in den 1980er Jahren, wie auch die Hauptstrasse mit den Restaurants und Läden. Diese Strasse liegt direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist entsprechend der Entstehung in 70er Style. Das Zimmer ist gross, hell und sauber. Ich kann vom Zimmer und vom Bad auf den grossen Balkon gelangen. Vom Balkon kann ich durch die Pinien das Meer erkennen. Es gibt Air-Condition im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Der Lift ist sehr klein wie auch der Eingangsbereich. Der Stil ist etwas aus der Zeit, doch es ist gepflegt und passt zum günstigen Preis.

Kein einziger deutscher Fernsehsender, Dusche winzig. Im Zimmer konnte man sich eigentlich nur zum schlafen aufhalten. Bei zwei Personen im Zimmer nur ein Stuhl, keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, von Tag eins an total verstochen.

La posizione centrale è vicina alla spiaggia. La possibilità di parcheggio nelle adiacenze della struttura. La pulizia dei locali. Il balcone asservito alla stanza, vero sfogo all’esterno. Ma su tutto, La Squisita cortesia e professionalità di tutto lo staff, dalle addette alla receptionist al personale di pulizia, per la passione nel lavoro, per la puntuale assistenza nelle nostre richieste e per i preziosi consigli sui luoghi da visitare: ciò ci ha reso il soggiorno più facile e gradevole. Un ringraziamento particolare a Sara e Mimma.

Forse qualche presa di corrente per la ricarica di cellulari, Pc portatili e gadget vari di cui tutti siamo stracolmi. Invero situazione ampiamente superata utilizzando una presa multipla.
