Mixed experience, central location, nicely decorated rooms but quite hot and pricy.

Nice look of the room . Fridge with water. Breakfast vouchers for a café nearby.

Rooms are tiny, hardly place to put the luggage. Rooms are under the roof so super hot, even with air-conditioning. We had problems to enter the accommodation in the evening.

It is super central and the rooms are spacious enough for 2 people. We asked for an extra bed but figured later that it would be better without. Hats off for the cleanliness, style and sound-proof rooms! The host surprised us with free breakfast. :)

One negative side would be the stairs to reach the room as there's no elevator. The parking can be a bit challenging if you're not paying to reserve private parking with the facility. We opted for street parking (free between 20:00-08:00 and 0,90EUR per hour). Our balcony was super small so if you're planning to hang out on the balcony during your stay, you might want to ask for a picture before booking the room.

The perfect place to stay, relaxing and elegant.

Absolutely everything. The staff and owners / managers were amazing. We could not have asked for more attention. It was so lovely to speak to real people instead of 'no contact'. They went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Even with language limitations on both sides we all managed to communicate easily and laugh together.

A nice B&B close to the beach

The room was beautiful and clean and the window in the ceiling is a nice touch. Very spacious bathroom. Reserved parking spots were nice, but we didn't really notice where it was before we went by foot. Location is good with the beach so close. We would definitely recommend this B&B.

Good

The room was modern with good working AC, well equipped bathroom and an electrical Velux. The location of Aquamarina is very good since there are many good restaurants in the neighborhood (very good fish restaurant across the street for example!) and the position is ideal to visit the area (Cala Violina and Maremma national park). Ask the owners for the free parking, it's like 10 min walking from the B&B.

The bed was not super comfortable and the room was not well isolated, you could easily hear people talking in the other rooms.

Folloni a is great except for one way streets.

It was very close to a wonderful restaurant just across the street. Close to the beach and the activities there. Close to a non vehicle area for shopping, eating, and drinking.

Comodo e confortevole soggiorno

La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. Un grande punto di forza è l’area comune: molto funzionale, con una cucina attrezzata che permette di preparare i pasti in autonomia e riporre eventualmente cibo e bevandenin frigo e una comoda zona per stendere i panni, davvero utile soprattutto per la stagione estiva. La posizione è ottima, proprio in centro, ideale per muoversi a piedi e visitare la città e strategica per raggiungere in auto località di mare rinomate. La colazione inclusa viene servita in un bar vicino, ben gestito e con un’ottima scelta di prodotti. Consigliatissimo.

B&B in una posizione comoda e strategica per raggiungere a piedi sia il centro di Follonica che il mare. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Nella struttura è possibile usufruire di una cucina, un bagno e una zona "relax" in comune.

Piccola vacanza familiare

Bellissima camera, piuttosto spaziosa, pulitissima, e lo stesso il bagno coi relativi asciugamani. La struttura è ricavata in una vecchia casa a terratetto ma risistemata benissimo. Veramente molto curata. E in posizione centralissima, e il bar per la colazione e dietro l’angolo. L’unico neo di Follonica è il parcheggio, ma non abbiamo avuto grandi difficoltà. Non abbiamo mai incontrato i proprietari, che però sono sempre stati presenti e gentili tramite messaggio. Torneremo ☺️

La colazione che la struttura predispone al bar sotto la struttura non è molto soddisfacente. Bisognerebbe invece visto che la struttura dispone di una cucina comoda predisporre la colazione li che così possa soddisfare i gusti ma anche le problematiche di allergie e celiachia come è successo per me.
