Clean and easy

Well located, easy to get in, clean and exactly what was expected and advertised. Has a rooftop and a tiny gym. Lovely staff!

modern , clean touch - cute little features I.e little sauna (but VERY good), whirlpool on top terrace,small fitness area

nothing - but be aware that you are in the middle of a vibrant city I.e. street cleaning (leaf blower - Soffiatore per foglie) at 05:50 am - but that is not the hotels fault

It was a perfect vacations

It was a perfect! This place goes beyond my expectation! Staff, location, breakfast, room, cleaning, services - everything was super great! The online receptions Antonella was amazing, helpful and super hospitality! She sent us a lot of information about city, restaurant and help us to find a veterinarian in the case of emergency! Thanks a lot for all recommendation! The girls in the hotel was so nice. The room was modern and well equipment. We taken a free bike and had in this hotel one of the best our vacations. I hope we will come again in this hotel!

In our room in the shower drain was a little bit stuck.

A new way to handle hotel management

In the start we had problems with the contact per mobile. But they have been helpful getting into the hotel without personal contact. The hotel is very modern and very clean. The breakfast is normal standard. The way to the beach and promenade is short. The price is acceptable.

We prefer personal contact. To see nobody when entering a new hotel was a bit strange. Even due to the Corona crisis this is not how you manage a hotel.

Posizione invidiabile proprio accanto ad una ella e verde piazza. A 10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Nelle immediate vicinanze bei negozi, farmacia, frutta e verdura, ristoranti. Nel b and b c'è una sauna nuova molto carina. La colazione varia e di qualità. Le lenzuola e il cuscino profumatamente di pulito.

A Follonica sole e mare una vacanza una buona vacanza se ti vuoi rilassare .

Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro , cento metri dal mare e spiaggia ,solarium con idromassaggio con acqua calda ottimo , sauna che non ho fatto ma era a disposizione , camera e bagno ampi e funzionali con mega doccia , colazione ottima e abbondante direi un b/b ben organizzato e funzionale .

Fantastyczne miejsce do plażowania i dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania.

Obiekt bardzo czysty. Obiekt posiada jadalnię więc można sobie przyrządzić posiłki (nic do podgrzania). Na dachu jakuzzi z leżakami. W pokoju express do kawy i kapsułki. Obiekt ma miejsce na rowery. W pobliżu centrum miasta i plaży.

Na śniadaniu brakowało podstawowych warzyw- pomidor, ogórek i papryka. Jajecznica jest w naczyniu podgrzewanym czyli po 10 min robi sie z tego placek - bez sensu. No i miejsce parkingowe - czasem trzeba 15/20 min samochodem jeździć by coś znaleźć.

Eravamo già stati nello stesso B&B alcuni anni fa. Appartamento ideale per ospitare una famiglia. Pulito e accogliente. Ampia camera da letto. Bel bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. Posizione centrale. Buona la colazione.

Suite molto bella, curata e spaziosa. Molto apprezzato avere a disposizione sauna (interna) e idromassaggio (esterno). Buona la colazione.

Dalle camere del secondo piano si sentono molti rumori la mattina, principalmente per la vicinanza alla sala per la colazione.

un po’ scomodo il letto, visto che non era un matrimoniale ma due singoli attaccati, i cuscini, poco pieni e la finestra, che per la poca capacità di apertura non permetteva un grande cambio di aria.

Io e il mio compagno siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti per tutto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Struttura bellissima: nuova, ordinata, pulita. Presenta al suo interno delle aree relax come la Jacuzzi sul tetto e la sauna; ideali per le giornate piovose. La stanza ordinata, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Complimenti ai gestori. 🥰

La struttura è localizzata in una posizione nel centro a pochi minuti dal mare . La procedura di check-in è stata rapida e senza intoppi, In generale il personale si è mostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile nel fornire informazioni sulla struttura e sui servizi offerti. Consigliabile per tutto,arredo,locazione,gentilezza personale,breakfast. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno in FOLLONICA.

A localização do alojamento é simplesmente perfeita, oferecendo fácil acesso às belezas de Follonica, uma cidade que encanta com seu povo acolhedor e gentil.
