Quiet stay

very helpful and available staff. we had positive feedbacks on everything we have asked. the house was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning in all the rooms, and very good sound insulation systems.

Nothing in particular. Maybe I would suggest to leave some more stuff for the kitchen, for example some product to clean dishes

La posizione era ottima e molto tranquilla. A pochi minuti dal al centro abitato. L'ambiente abbastanza confortevole

Il letto/ divano era molto scomodo e aggiungere qualche guanciale non guastava sicuramente. Le saponette da bagno? Assenti. Però niente di cosi drammatico

Relax nel verde ad un passo dal mare

Il nostro appartamento è stato molto funzionale, con un bell'accesso con tanto di giardinetto e ad un passo dalla favolosa piscina. E' stato perfetto per raggiungere le spiagge di Torremozza, Carbonifera e Sterpaia. Inoltre molto comodo anche per raggiungere il centro di Follonica. Noi non abbiamo potuto usufruirne ma nel borgo c'è anche un ottimo ristorante.

L' appartamento era spazioso e fresco,lasciando la porta aperta...non amiamo il condizionatore. lo staff è stato sempre molto gentile...la piscina sempre pulita...Uica pecca,avrei preferito mangiare salato per colazione ed avere delle strisce pedonali per attraversare ed amdare in spiaggia...Ma capisco che non dipende da loro...Consiglio comunque la spiaggia di fronte al borgo,ma quella sul lato destro del ponte,che ha sassi ed è molot ventilata...e poi sicuramente andare a Golfo Baratti perchè è strepitoso...acqua limpida,spiaggia spaziosa...e Populonia,un piccolo b orgo sul mare...wowwwTorneremo prfesto

la mancanza di strisce pedonali e la colazione solo co dolci...

Un posto tranquillissimo. Siamo stati qui a inizio giugno. Siamo stati benissimo. E la spiaggia a 5 minuti di distanza. Che dire una vacanza rilassante in un posto tranquillo.

Relax

Essendo una coppia con una bambina piccola abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio esterno privato della casa e soprattutto la piscina che era un ottima alternativa al mare. Posizione TOP della struttura perché è ha pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Follonica e dalle spiagge che si alternano con spiaggia libera e lidi a pagamento.

Potrebbero migliore le dotazioni dell’appartamento.

Bella vacanza

Appartamento carino con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno e spazi ampi. Un plus il giardino, molto tranquillo e apprezzatissimo dalla nostra cagnolina. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere le spiagge, seppure con l'auto. Molto comodo il servizio di pane fresco e panini.

La doccia in particolare avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturata. Migliorabile anche la pulizia degli spazi esterni/scuri/finestre.

Fahrradurlaub

Die Wohnung war groß und gut aufgeteilt , mit schöner Erdterrasse. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher unterstellen.

Leider hört man die Autobahn, und man mußte immer eine sehr lebhafte Strasse überqueren damit man an den Strand kommt.

Personale di poche parole, 1 solo rotolino di carta igienica indipendentemente da quanti ospiti ha l’appartamento Bagno molto buio, soprattutto nella doccia.

Carino ma da migliorare.

Borgo molto carino, ogni casa ha il suo giardino con tanto di tavolo sedie e ombrellone. Posto per chi cerca relax . Posto auto ok, vicinanza al mare e al centro di Follonica. Possibilità di portare cagnolini.

Abitazione molto umida (fortuna c’era la pompa di calore ) , arredamento datato , e qualche insetto all’intero .Il mare da raggiungere in macchina in quanto c’è da attraversare una strada pericolosa.
