We liked everything about this property! Your experience starts from the moment you drive through their gates. There was someone waiting to greet us: everything is new , clean and so welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel. The service is definitely 5 stars. The room was very nice and so quiet. Breakfast was amazing and the service at the restaurants in general was great. The private beach was also a great area to enjoy the sea. We didn’t want to leave.
The location is a little bit far from everything. The only negative is that you will need a car to get around and explore beautiful Tuscany. The towns nearby don’t really offer much.

Beachside property with our own lounges and umbrella for the whole stay. Very friendly and attentive staff. Live entertainment most evenings. Bikes by reception were a hit.
No dedicated gym was a bit of a surprise. Whole place was very spread out - not a lot of perceived connection between parts of the resort
