Great location , everything you need for a good stay, great breakfast basket and dinner menu . easy parking

The breakfasts were excellent. Location great. All the facilities except unable to get wifi

I wasn't able to get any wifi. The doors were a little low.

Hedgehog Lodge was a fantastic place to stay in a really lovely setting - peaceful and calm, just the right size for a solo traveller, and all the amenities needed were provided for and well thought-out. Special mention to the breakfasts included every morning, which were delivered to the lodge by Bernie - they were outstanding and delicious! Such a wide variety of choice and all delivered fresh and hot. Bernie is a fab host and was very attentive to any needs I had during my stay. Overall a really nice place to be and I would.highly recommend! 10/10

Bernie and Alex are two of the nicest people you could hope to meet. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The food is excellent. The animals are great and I had a particular fondness for the Guinea fowl roaming the grounds. Excellent towels and soaps.

The shower, toilet and water situation is exactly as described but took a little getting used to. The bed is fine as long as you don’t wriggle around too much.
