The flat is very spacious and its location is amazing, just few minutes walk from both San Marco and Venice Biennale. You can get there from Piazzale Roma or the train station via a vaporetto that stops nearby ( Giardini or Arsenale). The flat has several windows with a view over Canal Grande and artsy gardens. Plus the place is very quiet but also close to restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for our dog too as there are several park and gardens around the building.

Sehr gute, sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber – vor der Anreise und während des Aufenthalts. Angenehme Lage ab vom Trubel. Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Geschäfte (Supermarkt) und Gastronomie in der Nähe. Verkehrsgünstig.

Fantastisch! Hier ist alles perfekt. Giorgio ist total nett und unterstützend. Es ist so aufmerksam, dass der Biennale Katalog auflag, für ein Frühstück gesorgt war und wir später auschecken durften. Lage ist top, Einrichtung stylish und sehr gemütlich es gibt viel Platz und dann noch ganz besondere Annehmlichkeiten: ganz kuschelige Bettdecken, 2 Etagen, Meeres und Gartenblick- auch beim Duschen! Sehr empfehlenswert!
