10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, pulito e confortevole! Davvero eccellente!
8 / 10Excellent·Dec 2024
The apartment may not be big or luxurious, but with the location in one of the nicest areas of Venice, with typical Venetian flavour, and very reasonable price, it is hard to beat.
If I have to mention one minus, the check-in time is rather late for visitors who arrive early in Venice to make the most of their stay.

The apartment was clean and the location is also close to everything. It is fully equipped and we had everything we needed.
Everything we needed besides an alternative heating system. The central heating system is locked up, you don’t have access to it, the same with the thermostat, it can be modified only from the host’s phone.
