The location was away from heavy foot traffic and the owner was so extremely helpful. The property itself was well maintained and a great size for our party. We enjoyed the quietness around us and the ability to walk to local restaurants, grocery, and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
It did take awhile to reach the property via public boat (almost an hour) then it was difficult for us to reach the property once off the boat because it was getting dark and we could not see names of streets and bridges. Make sure your suitcase has good wheels to cover the ground it takes to reach the property. I highly recommend hiring private transport to reach the property quicker and they will drop you off closer as well. Well worth the money to higher private transport.

I recommend it especially to people who are going to the Biennale. Everywhere is close, and on top of that, a quiet neighbourhood, without crowds of tourists and a wonderful terrace for summer evenings. Clean and comfortable. Excellent service, Sara, thank you for everything.
