Molto pulita, silenziosa, letto comodo, checkin facile. Usata in due ma spaziosa anche per tre persone. Zona ottima con ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Posizione ottima per biennale

A nice apartment close to water bus station, walkable distance 20-30 minute to Piazza San Marco, comfortable beds.

The air conditioned didn't seem to cover all the appartment - really hot, hard to get a cool temperature for a good sleep. The terrace was not prepared for guests - when asking the owner, she said the previous guest got the outdoor cushions dirty and there are no spare ones - was not cleaned, with cigarette butts, not even close to the images provided by Booking. When asked the owner about the terrace, she said that is not included in the price, but that is a bonus (so like I was not supposed to ask for it) ! This was not what Booking advertised, and the price - that was not quite low - was for all facilities (checked with Booking), not as the owner said. When I discussed with the owner through Whatapp messages, she was quite strange in her behaviour, with a totally inadequate attitude towards ourselves - and when Booking asked her to get us a discount for not offering the full facilities, she refused. Before booking this appartment I asked specifically if there is a safe storage place for the luggages after check-out, the owner said it is, but in fact when we got there, she told us to leave our luggages on the staircase, totally unsafe - there were other 2 apt in the same building (in fact there was a written message in the apt. that they are not responsible for our luggages left outside the apt). When I asked her to have our luggages in the appartment at least until the other guests check-in, she refused. Another thing was about the city tax: we knew about the city tax, but the owner didn't say anything about where to leave it until after we checked-out - she wanted cash only! Even if she knew we will be back for our luggages and I told her we will give her the tax, if she shows us a safe place - she reported us to Booking, even before getting back to take our luggages! I asked her to send me our invoice from the city council with the city tax, but since June (and it is end of August now) I didn't get anything from her!
