This property was clean and homely. It had everything you would need and good WiFi. The owner was very lovely and friendly and I know that if I needed or asked for something, she would have been very accommodating. I would definitely stay again. The property had everything that you would have in your home so I didn’t need to run out and buy anything like at some properties.

What we needed.

The location for ourselves was ideal, a wedding in Cullen, 15 - 20 minutes away and the reception at Banff Springs, a short walk away from no.22. The property is in a quiet location. Enough seating for us, as four adults which in a lot of places isn't the case. Shower was good and the bathroom was clean as was the rest of the house.

Great communication with the host, always replied to all our questions very promptly, the milk, bread and eggs were such a lovely touch since we were arriving late. The place is a real home from home, there was everything we needed, very clean, cosy and comfortable. Brilliant overall and we would definitely recommend 👌

Much better than we could have wished for

It was amazing whole house. Host was brilliant. We booked it for the weekend as up from down south for a wedding. We would stay again.

Bathroom downstairs but that was because you felt you were making a noise going in the night. Not a bad thing really just a niggle.

Nice Cottage, in a quiet location!

A beautiful cottage in a quiet location with its own small garden. The house was clean and there was everything you need. Dogs are allowed for a small fee for the cleaning lady.

We would have liked to have an information sheet, on which, for example, the function of the heating and switching of the stove. Unfortunately, there was no key for the terrace door to the garden.

a bath mat in the bath i had my mum with me and she is 85 and she was scared she was going to slip on the bath while having a shower and also somthing to hold on to outside the front door she found the steps a problem as she has problems with her legs but other than that the property was fine

No 22 is a lovely 2 bedroom accommodation situated at the back of Banff. The house is lovely and very well equipped. Gas central heating when required and a fantastic shower. It has its own driveway for easy parking. You have a mini Co op round the corner and the well know Banff Springs Hotel down the brae. Both easy walking distance from the house. Would definitely highly recommend.
