Amazing propriety with the best view

Highly recommend

The pictures don't do it justice! The most stunning location with ever changing views... You might lose a few hours just staring out the window or sitting on the bench. We had a perfect week here in the snow, walking, sledging and having cosy home cooked family meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The cottage was perfect, comfortable, clean, even down to the local artwork on the walls. Wendy was lovely and very helpful, and after a very long drive we arrived to a warm cottage with breakfast supplies, saving us from an early dash to the shop! She was very quick to reply to any messages and provided phone numbers should we need any urgent advice (not that we did but always reassuring to know). The bed was really comfortable and good quality pillows (always an important one for my husband!). There were games and even a wooden train set that was a big hit. Everything was good quality and well maintained, nothing looked or felt tired like you sometimes find in holiday homes. The utility / boot room was a real added bonus for us as we could return from snowy sandy walks with the dog and get clean and dry before entering the rest of the cottage. This was a great base for us to spend quality time with family who live locally and to explore this beautiful part of the world and we certainly hope to stay again. Thank you Wendy. Highly recommend.

Remote check in but hosts leave u a personal message upon arrival with all the instructions needed. Beautiful, quiet location on the beach. A home away from home and very reasonable for the price. Turned a work trip into a lovely week away.

Absolutely beautiful house in the best location. We loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. It was lovely and spacious, super clean and warm and the Xmas tree and decorations were really welcome.

Fantastic location. Wonderful cottage. Brilliant hosts what more can you say. This is a comfortable cottage with everyhing you need and the most amazing location. The hosts were friendly and very efficient. We would recommend this to anyone who loves seaside locations.

The perfect stay 🙂

We really loved the views, and the outdoor space is amazing, if we were there in the summer we would of made good use of the summer house and the bbq space. We particularly loved the bench, and regardless of it being a bit chilly, we sat on it enjoying a glass of wine watching the surfers in the sea. The cottage had very good facilities, and we feel nothing was missed, it was also spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the artwork in the cottage. Over all it’s a great location and had everything we needed.

Seaside delight

My husband, me and two dogs needed to come to Scotland to look for a house to live in. This was permitted under the Covid rules and Wendy was able to facilitate the visit under the government guidelines. The house was so much more than we had thought it would be as the price was very reasonable. We stayed a week and had amazing weather. We watched the surfers each day and were very impressed at their tenacity. Our dogs were in heaven running along the golden sand and were exhausted for the rest of the day which helped when looking at houses and land. Thank you I would go again and will recommend to anyone wanting a lovely break.

The heating came on twice a day but only for a couple of hours each time it seemed. We had to keep bringing it on for longer. But it was fine.

lovely views great cottage very family friendly

everything !!! such a great Host and the set up was great , they had thought of everything !!! will definitely be returning to the lovely cottage in the summer so we can get some surfing in . Plus it was doggy heaven !!
