We enjoyed our time with friends. The house is well appointed but for the price, needs a little attention.
Well equipped. Really nice view if the ocean other than the power lines. The master bedroom and bath is GREAT.
The second bedroom is downstairs. The bed was comfy but barely fit in the room. The lower bathroom wallpaper was dirty around the toilet and peeling away from the wall in the shower. The bathroom outlet didn’t work at all and the smoke detector looked like it had been pulled out. There needs to be blackout curtains added to that bedroom, the neighbor has a very bright floodlight that shines in the window all day long. One couple had a great room, the second couple no so much. Ants in the kitchen. :(

Gorgeous view
The view was spectacular. We were there for the king tides and the ability to see the ocean clearly was really what I wanted. There are a few repair issues and be warned, there are some very steep steps. But all all, it was delightful.
And some difficulty with the code access and the oven was not working. But they provided a portable oven that sufficed. And the water takes forever to get hot.
