This property was great. Wall to wall windows provided a great view of the town and beach. 50" tvs upstairs and down. Wi-fi worked fine. Quiet area. Property sits well above the beach, it's a bit of a trek to get to it. Mobility challenged folks might want something a little closer, but it was perfect for us

The pictures look exactly like the photos if not better. There was not a thing I was disappointed in a thing. Walking distance of the beach, beautiful sunrise and sunsets through the windows. I had to extend an extra day because it was so relaxing. They have a cozy area for working on homework assignments/work assignments and did I mention how comfortable it was? If you have any doubts on booking, please don't. I highly recommend it and it will be a go to if I am in the area again.

It was a decent but very uphill walk to the house from the beach. Plenty of room. I will say, I was excited to use the Jacuzzi tub, but as soon as I turned the jets on and gunk came out it was a little horrifying. Even after running it for a few min, my husband later refilled the tub and ran the jets and even more gunk came out. So that could use a good clean, and it was pretty disappointing to not have a good cozy soak after a cold windy beach walk. Everything else was nice and clean though and easy to use.

Our stay went by too fast. The property was perfect for our family. Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and plenty of TV’s for everyone. The location was close enough to the sea to enjoy the view and sound. We can’t wait to go back!

This was a great place to stay for a family, or adults only too! Good views, close to the beach with easy access. Lots of handy amenities. It felt very clean which is not super common in our experience with rentals. We only booked one night, but it was so clean and cozy and comfortable that we had wished we booked more! Would highly recommend!

I reported that the bathroom on the main level has mold on the ceiling and requested that need to clean up, but I did not see anyone take care of it. I have taken a picture of which area has mold, if you want to see it, I will send it to you. I want to get some credit back because this house situation is unsafe for my family while we stayed.

We loved this house! Our kids and family had a great time. Our only complaint was the the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom did not work. Unfortunately we did not try to use it until our last night, so there was not time to have it fixed. Otherwise a fantastic house!

Place was everything it was described on VRBO, everything was immaculate, beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing with the exception of the Keurig coffee machine which didn’t work very well at all. Close to everything including the beach, restaurants, shopping, couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely be back, and we will share info with others. The only downside was when I sent emails to the property manager, I never received a reply To my question, and I emailed two times on two different issues.

We had a great time in this home. It is in an older neighborhood but nicely updated and well kept. We had no trouble finding all the things we needed and we were comfortable. Only trouble was working the upstairs TV's, so we just used the big screen downstairs. Not really a problem at all. We will definitely be back in the future. The view was great and the walk to the beach was very short. Thank you!

My mom, sisters and I came for our annual weekend and couldn't believe what a great place this was! The accommodations were clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved having the upstairs living areas with great views and then downstairs bonus room for TV and hanging out. I will definitely be booking this place again. Well done.

Easy to reserve and very reasonably priced. Great communication from the property management company. Received multiple text & email messages with important information before arrival and during our stay. So helpful! Upon arrival we found a spotlessly clean house with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped for all of the cooking needs one might have. We cooked every meal in the beautiful kitchen. We especially loved the large stone counter island. The tall ceilings and numerous windows with ocean views added to the calming ambiance of the space. Plenty of bedding for everyone to feel comfy. The beds were all very comfortable. The stone tiled bathrooms and large jacuzzi tub were some of our favorite features of the house. Great location, easy walking distance access to beach. Close to local restaurants and stores. My adult children, 18-21, loved the little loft alcove. Might be an issue for those with tiny tots, but we liked seeing the stars from it at night. Quiet neighborhood. We loved the house so much we booked an extra night, which was easy to do. I would totally stay here again. Thanks for offering such a relaxing place!

Such a nice home. Sister get together to experience real flavor of living in the city and having an ocean view in a normal neighborhood setting. It was perfect! We did not want to leave because it felt warm and homey. Very clean. We hope the person cleaning enjoyed our little ice cream treat we left for breaktime!

False advertising

We booked this property specifically because it advertised 4 beds. We booked this a month in advance and immediately wrote a note to the property manager about the composition of our group. Two families with two teenage boys. We thought it would be perfect to let the boys enjoy the basement space and each have one bed - the Murphy bed and the pull out sofa as was advertised. When we got there, the first thing we noticed is someone’s sweatshirt on the couch. It startled us for a minute that the home may still be occupied or worse not cleaned since the last guest. We went on to note that the bedding was not fresh on the Murphy bed and that blankets were just stuffed unfolded in the closet. Then, we looked at the sofa bed....oh boy. When we took off the cushions we noticed the couch was dirty with crumbs and food. And... the sofa bed was padlocked! I immediately called the management company to report everything we had noted and ask about the sofa bed...were we missing a key? The very casual answer I got was that they had forgotten to update the listing and the sofa bed was broken since June and there is nothing she can do about it. She went to say that three beds for five people should work just fine. Well no! Teenage boys don’t share a bed. Then she said she could check with the maintenance crew for an air mattress but could not guarantee it. I requested a call back and a confirmation of when the air mattress could be delivered. Never heard back from management. Instead of ruining our vacation with follow-up calls, my son graciously slept on the floor. What kind of customer service is this? You just leave your guests high and dry and let them figure it out? Very shabby management and poor housekeeping in the time of COVID. We went around disinfecting everything ourselves given the random sweatshirt, linens and blankets situation. This rental even charges an “Booking fee” over and above the service fee to VRBO. Double dipping much? The nice kitchen and proximity to the beach were the only positives for this home.

It looked like it wasn't throughly cleaned. We found candy wraps in the master bedroom and the master closet didn't have a working light. Also the main bath upstairs wasn't working properly. Cable was listed in online summary but very few channels to watch.

This was such a great find. The bedrooms were generous and comfortable, the living space was gorgeous, and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. And the Jacuzzi tub was a huge bonus because I was dealing with some neck pain. We wanted to have a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation and we definitely got it here. We would for sure stay again.

Location was a bit hard to find initially as you can't actually access on the street it's on, you need to come off of 35th to get access. Once you found it though was easy to navigate. Views were very nice only downside was that they don't really have any tv channels but tons show up on the guide, so my recommendation is to have a list of the channels available as we tried to watch multiple channels and it got a bit frustrating and with it being so dark there's not much else to do.

The home had all the amenities we needed.The owner provided all cooking appliances and utensils to cook a majority of our meals during our stay. The jetted bath tub in the master bath we a huge hit for the adults and teenagers as well. The walk to the beach took 5 mins and the public beach access had a hose to clean everyone off before we headed back to the house. We will definitely be renting this home again in the future

The open layout made it really inviting when we had family over to share meals. Well laid out space in the common area to encourage conversation and interactions w/o people being on top of each other. 10 min walk to the beach. Our 6 year old loved the loft where he felt like he had his own little perch/play area. Nice views from the deck.
