We enjoyed staying there. The only problems were that the outlets in the main bathroom didn’t work and the glass surrounding the deck was really dirty and mossy.

Nice house with great views. Receptacle did not work in downstairs bathroom and the baseboards were very dirty throughout the house. Everything else was very clean. None of the upstairs TV’s worked. All of the ceramic plates are chipped in the kitchen. The back deck was amazing and comfortable and we had fairly easy access to the beach. House was a great value for the price.

Perfect for a sister stay. Just make note that if anyone has an issue with stairs this wouldn’t be the home for you. Otherwise it’s perfection.

Good location. house nice in general. lots of things could improve. Exposed wires from security system in upstairs sitting room. No electricity in main bathroom. Outlet not working. Burned out light fixture in Kitchen. Very hard to move knob in master bath shower from shower to hand held wand. Unable to turn handle from water on to off. Shower handle came off.

The view and deck to enjoy your day were beyond perfect and I really can't say enough about this place. The only complaints I had was the bathroom downstairs had peeling wallpaper and the only electric outlet to blow-dry your hair was broken and a sign on it saying don't use. The kitchen pots, pans and cookie sheets were extremely old in fact 1 of the pots had not been washed and I honestly would not use the cookie sheets because they were so old and stained. I would have given an overall 5 star review if all the kitchen utensils to use were not so used they looked like the owners had gone to a garage sale to buy them. For us after sightseeing all day we make dinner in so it was a bit of a bummer. BUTTTT... don't let this detour you it was a great place to stay!!!!!!

We enjoyed having such great views of the beach and ocean. We were able to walk on the beach the first 2 days. The 3rd day there was wind, rain and hail. It was fun looking out the big picture windows and watching the waves crash and the storm roll in. We would definitely stay in this same house again next time we visit Lincoln City.

Online listing made us believe the main level was easy entry but there were 12 stairs to get to the main level. Many outlets did not work and the door keypad did not work. Shower hot and cold were switched.??

It definitely was a beautiful view of the ocean even though the access was a long walk to the beach. Well furnished. Very unhappy regarding 4 + phone calls to have someone to repair the downstairs bathroom outlet. It never was repaired. There were 2 ladies sharing the bathroom that needed the power. I think a refund should be given due to this. After all the extra charges the proper thing to do would be a refund. Of course I highly doubt due to no response or solution we will see a dime. By the way it was a bad GFI so easy to repair.

We came to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and visit with our friends from Washington. The home was comfortable and loved by all. The views are exquisite. It rained and was chilly but we were cozy visiting and watching the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home

A friend and I spent New Years here and it was the perfect relaxing weekend we were both looking for! We spent the weekend hand-sewing on the couch watching the waves crash and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The only thing I would caution people about is, there is a flight of stairs down to the main living area (living room, kitchen, and one of the bedrooms) that is a little on the steep side. It wasn't an issue for us but just wanted to mention it. Overall, fabulous house and we will be back!

Problem with the main TV and we couldn't watch movies in the living room, had to cozy up in one of the bedrooms so it was a good thing we had a small group. There was trash under the beds and the washing machine ruined some of our clothing, all fixable things but unfortunate none the less. Great beach access and view, easy parking and great use of the garage as a pool room. Overall enjoyed the stay but did have some struggles

Reviewer Comments: I wish it had been more clear that there were 14 steps between the entry and main living area. The view is stupendous and that made the 5 days and we had sun the whole time. It did not have cable as stated, only streaming and for older people who weren't used to streaming, it was very very frustrating, especially because it was soooo slow to change between apps and to get a new episode or program. It didn't work like the instructions posted and the notebook for the place is all about cable, not streaming. The mattresses were great! The furniture was lovely and decor was very nice. The kitchen was super stocked with utensils, small appliances, etc. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that I discovered when taking out the trash (towel and bucket were there in place). The carpet, especially on the stairs could use a thorough cleaning. The toilets seem low and so for creaky old knees it was hard. Overall, the views made it worth it. Because at our age and with bad knees, the stairs and TV situation was not fun at all. I would highly recommend to younger people. I don't regret the stay, as after being cooped up with covid for so long, the views, the brightness, and sitting in the sunshine on the deck was so what I needed! Beautiful place!

This 3rd Row house has unobstructed views of the ocean and is nestled in a very quiet area of similar homes. Deer entertained us in the evenings. Everything in the house worked great. Great location near everything needed in Lincoln City. Easy walk to the beach. House was nicely stocked with games. 3 TVs were convenient. Lovely deck. Kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of nice bath towels. Very clean place. Tired carpet just added to the comfortableness. Nice vaulted ceilings made it feel spacious.

When we walked through the front door, the first thing we saw was the amazing view of the ocean. We sat on the deck the first afternoon and watched whales for about an hour!! Not only does this house have a magnificent view, it was comfortable and met all of our needs!! It is a bit of a walk to the beach as you had to walk down the hill as well as about four flights of stairs. But, well worth it for the view!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Our check in time was delayed due to uncontrolled situations. The property management contacted me early in the day to give me a heads up and compensated us for the delay. The view was amazing. The place was nice and tidy. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were TVs upstairs and the downstairs one was a smart tv. But with the amazing views, we barely used the one downstairs and never even turned on the ones in the bedrooms. They also had a couple beach chairs to use. The only cons for me was mostly in the kitchen. There were only 3 coffee mugs for a place that accommodates up to 6 people. A complete set of dinnerware would be nice. I understand it’s not the renters responsibility to keep cooking oil and spices, but it would’ve have been a nice touch. My family and I rent vacation homes 3-4 times a year and it’s always a nice surprise when the kitchen is semi stocked. Other than that, the views really are amazing. Would love to stay here again!

My family and I have stayed at this property several times and enjoy it every time! The view is spectacular and my kids love the large deck. It’s very family friendly and there is also a large closet full of toys and games. It’s a little pricey once all the fees are added up but we splurge once a year. I wish we could come more often as the house is extremely comfortable!

The house is as advertised and I agree with other reviewers. It's very clean, the ocean views are great, beach access is easy, the kitchen is pretty stocked, beds were comfortable, and all the appliances we used worked. Another surprise - the place has WiFi. This is contrary to the check-in email I received which stated the house did NOT have WiFi. It does and it worked great throughout the home. The living room TV is connected to a service for streaming. The bedroom TVs are DVD only. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. I would rent here again for sure.

Master bedroom also has a great view and we were able to see the blue moon perfectly and took many pictures. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen rather than go out and had fresh seafood every night.
The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. No problems at all and with keyless entry we didn’t even have to contact the owners. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had. We will definitely be using this house again in the future.
