I like having a kitchen. The location is nice and close to the beach.

It's close to beach access and is much bigger than a hotel room. Everything worked, including the dishwasher and grill. Okay value.

Most of the textiles seemed a little dirty and/or worn out. It's near the end of summer so maybe it hadn't had a deep cleaning in a while. Second shower is TINY.

It was nice to have more room than a motel

The post said ocean view there wasn't one, the beds were hard and dirt in corners of the rooms.
