Świetny apartament, komfortowy, funkcjonalny, czysty i perfekcyjnie wyposażony. Jest tu wszystko co trzeba, a nawet więcej… Wyśmienita lokalizacja, w zasięgu spaceru większości tego, co trzeba zobaczyć w Dreźnie. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji, piwiarni i piekarni. Parking na miejscu, sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna właścicielka. Idealna baza do zwiedzania pięknego miasta.

Eine außergewöhnlich saubere und sorgfältig ausgestattete Wohnung, die von dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter Herrn Wacker persönlich übergeben wurde.
Mit der Ausstattung der Küche hätte man mehrgänige Menüs kochen können. An alles ist gedacht.
Mit der Fußbodenheizung ist es überall angenehm warm.
Mit 5 großen Fenstern und Loggia zur wenig befahrenen Straße und 3 zum Innenhof, eine helle und ruhige Wohnung. Mit dem Aufzug gelangt man schnell und bequem in die 3. Etage.
Hervorzuheben ist die ausgezeichnete Lage direkt hinter dem Albertinum mit Blick auf den Lipsiusbau, nur einen Katzensprung von der Brühlschen Terrasse mit Elbblick entfernt.
Alle bedeutenden Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und Ausstellungen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
