Wenn man ins Bad muss geht erstmal in einem Vorraum der von Nachbarn als Schaustelle aussieht, keine Gardinen oder rafstors vorhanden.

Super gelegen ! Absolut sauber! Tiefgarage vorhanden. Es gab zu jeder Zeit einen Ansprechpartner !

Lekker ruim, terras, ruime badkamer, fijne bedden. Supermarkt om de hoek. Contact met verhuurder was heel goed. Telefonisch goed bereikbaar, we hadden iets nodig en dat werd meteen gebracht. Parkeer mogelijkheid is echt een fijn. Als je de instructies goed volgt, gaat het allemaal probleemloos
Het is een luidruchtige locatie! Avond en nacht veel geschreeuw buiten van groepen jongeren (niet Duits sprekend..). Met de warme temperatuur was ramen dicht geen optie. Er hangen ook overdag groepen rondom het appartement. Komt ook omdat busstation/knooppunt om de hoek zit. Summiere kastruimte. Hang-gedeelte is ca 80cm, maar met maar 3 kleerhangers kom je niet zo ver.. Een eettafel met gewoon 4 poten zou stuk comfortabeler zijn dan een IKEA-studenten-tafel. Gordijn in de ruimte naar de badkamer is nodig voor privacy (inkijk!) en tegen de warmte.

Good location, lots of room in the apt.
Pounding noises each evening, like something very very heavy is being dropped above or around you. It shook glasses in the kitchen and vibrated the walls. I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from.
