De locatie, het balkon, de ruimte en de parkeergarage
Het wordt warm in het appartement een airco zou een upgrade zijn en het interieur zou een kleine upgrade mogen krijgen.

Alles war von der Unterkunft schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, die Beschreibungen in der Unterkunft waren sehr detailliert und Leicht zu verstehen.
Die Haustür zum Gebäude hakt sehr oft und ist am besten nur mit dem Handy zu öffnen über das öffnungsportal der Unterkunft.

Die zentrumsnahe Lage der Unterkunft sowie der Lage der Wohnung im 9. OG ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Aussicht über die nahe Altstadt ist atemberaubend. Die moderne Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht der Objektbeschreibung. Die Kommunikation im Zusammenhang mit dem Zutritt zum Objekt bzw. der Wohnung sowie dem Parkhaus war optimal. Auch die Hinweise in der Wohnung zur Nutzung des TV , des WLAN usw. waren verständlich und ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.
