Es gab kein Bügeleisen und in der Nacht sind in der Küche leider die Silberfischche rausgekommen.

Unterkunft war super. Sehr zentral gelegen. Frühstück in 500 Meter Entfernung auch ok!
Die Schlüsselübergabe sehr kompliziert. Ich hatte extra noch gebeten und Vorinformation zugeben. Leider nichts. Wir mussten erst wo anders hinfahren und den Schlüssel holen.

Beste Lage, Austattung sehr gut.
Die lange Suche nach der Hausnummer 13 war nervig. Selbst am Neumarkt arbeitende Leute konnten mir zuerst nicht sagen wo das sein soll. Erst eine Mitarbeiterin an der Reception vom Steigenberger Hotel, hatte Google Maps bemüht und die 13 gefunden. Dort öffnete sich jedoch keine Tür. Glücklicher Weise hatten wir die Telefonnummer auf der Buchungsbestätigung. Eine Dame erklärte mir, dass die Recepzion gegenüber sei, in der Landhausstraße. Das sollte im Schreiben mit vermerkt sein. Ansonsten war alles vom Feinsten.

Trotz mehrfachen reklamieren wurde die Heizung in der Wohnung nicht optimiert. Es waren maximal gefühlte 15 mGrad in der Wohnung viel zu kalt. Als wird das reklamierten wurde uns nur im Aparthotel vom dortigen Personal gesagt mal sehen das geht wohl nicht wärmer.
