Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles genau erklärt. Es gab die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu zu buchen. Dieser war fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Lage ist Top. In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Postplatz bzw. dem Dresdener Zwinger und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, den man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Einbauküche. Ein charmentes Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz, ein seeeeehr bequemes Bett was einen erholsamen Schlaf verspricht UND hält, außerdem ein modernes Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und sollte man den Fön vergessen haben - sogar der ist vorhanden. Alles in allem - eine süße kleine Wohnung, die alles hat was man für den Kurztrip nach Dresden braucht.

The location is great for walking everywhere in town. There are plenty of restaurants close by to fit every taste. There's a supermarket 200m from the property which makes shopping easy.
The apartment, particularly the bedroom, is small for 2 people. Cleaning was not very thorough, there's much dust under the beds and around the extractor in the bathroom. It would be good if there was a clothes rack to dry washing.
