Smještaj je divan. Prilično opremljena kuhinja, što je rijetkost. Nije predaleko od šetališta i plaža. Ima parking.
Zgrada je u prilično lošem stanju. Nema balkon (jedina mana smještaja).

Einrichtung, Lage, Ausstattung (Bügeleisen, Netflix, PS5, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschin (nur funktioniert sie nicht richtig) 1 Klimaanlage, genug Schränke, gute Kopfkissen.)
Sauberkeit, Treppenhaus, Parksituation Nicht wirklich sauber, Treppenhaus sehr veraltet und schäbig.
