Központi elhelyezkedésű, tágas, kutyabarát apartman.
Retro felszereltség és bútorzat. Szakadt és kiült bőrgarnitúra, rozsdás, hangos mosogatógép, kopott burkolatok, megsárgult régi klíma, erkélyen lévő növények gazosak,semmilyen díszítő értéket nem képviselnek… Az erkély magas korlátfalán csak ágaskodva lehet kilátni. Folyamatos, erős csatornaszag az egész lakásban. Tetőtéri elhelyezkedés, rengeteg lépcsővel, szűk lépcsőházzal.
