Great location, next to hotel Ambasador and Tomasevac beach. Everything is new and cozy. Location is in center of Opatija, and everything is close by. Free parking is something very rare in Opatija, major plus :)

Kényelmes, jól felszerelt, remek az elhelyezkedése, megközelíthetősége. 
Mivel vélhetően régi épület, ezért egyes helyeken vannak hőhidak, ahol sajnos, megjelent a penész.

This cozy apartment, though quite small, is surprisingly functional and very well-equipped. The two hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. It can feel a little dark inside because of the small window in the main room, but you won't spend much time indoors anyway. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll to the main promenade.
The only minor issues were the lack of a private parking spot, which caused a bit of stress, and the overall lack of natural light inside the apartment.
