Apartment Greenhouse

We liked the smart TV. The 3 bedrooms. Being in the centre.and near the sea. Nice kitchen and dinning table., sofa, Lots of room. How clean it was.

The window is next to the single bed and behind chair in lounge, had no safety locks on the windows. Very easy to open. My special needs child, nearly when through one window.The window shutter the on other side stopped her. If that was not down? There is a door key lock to the bathroom. My daughter locked it, when she went to the bathroom., but did not know how to unlock it. We had to get her to slide the key under the door in the end. This lock needs changing, if there is an incident in the bathroom, you would not be able to get in. Around 63 steps to get to the rental. Parking nearby is a no go. If. you want to pay up to 75 euros a day in parking fees. You can park a car a 30 minute walk away, for free. Disabled parking bays, their are just a few. Last day there was a bit of a wasted day. had to wait for Aircon repair people, in middle of day, so could not go far. We did not know about more disabled parking bays till the last day too Blood on one of the covers.

I love that it was spacious, very clean and comfy. Really nice apartment with a great location right in the center of Opatija with multiple beaches nearby.

The only thing I didn’t like was the amount of stairs leading all the way up to the apartment, it can be a bit tough for older people staying there to climb up to be top.

Great location, restaurants, supermarket, fish market are only a few steps away. Fully equipped kitchen and other useful homeware and household gadgets. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment.

A bit small kitchen and bedrooms, but easy to manage with little kids. Difficult to park a car nearby and a bit expensive parking possibilities in the neighborhood.
