The location is excellent, about as close as you can get to the sea, 5 minutes walk away. The terrace was lovely. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Although there was a coffee machine, we had to buy coffee, which wasn't an issue until we realised that there was no coffee filters either. A small issue that could easily be resolved. Also, there was only 2 or 3 wine glasses, again it's a minor issue.

The hosts are very kind and welcomed us nicely. The accommodation was comfortable and everything was clean. What impressed us the most was the excellent location and the great sea view from the room. Everything was great and we want to come back again. We had a great vacation.

Incredible cheap for the 3 days of New Year’s Eve weekend. Close to the Lungo mare towards Opatija. Free parking and Apartment right next to it. Kitchen, living room and bedroom kind of vintage style. Whoever has complaints should check prices of other accommodations nearby. Definitely great value for money.

Bathroom should be restored. The owner said the whole house will go under restoration soon.

The apartment itself is comfortable and has good potential. It was easy to find, and street parking was available, which worked well for us. The property is also in a location with access to the Lungomare via stairs. If you are traveling without small children, the location may be quite convenient. The apartment has a terrace and plenty of vegetation, and with better maintenance and care, the outdoor area could be a very nice place to enjoy the surroundings.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the condition of the apartment and, especially, the misleading “beachfront” description. The apartment had cobwebs and quite a lot of dust, particularly underneath the sofa, and the windows were very dirty, making it difficult to properly enjoy the view. The stairs leading to the apartment were also unfinished and lacked proper finishing. Most importantly, the property was advertised as “beachfront,” which was one of the main reasons we booked it. However, it is not beachfront or directly on the sea. It only has a partial view toward the sea, which is also heavily blocked by trees and bushes. To reach the Lungomare and the beach, you have to walk down a very steep slope with many stairs, and then climb all the way back up. We were traveling with a baby and had to carry the stroller up and down repeatedly, which was very tiring and significantly affected our stay. The location is listed as one of the property's strongest points, and I can understand why if you are traveling alone or with another adult. However, for families with young children, the stairs and steep access can be quite difficult, especially at the end of the day or when the children are tired or asleep. We had previously stayed directly on the Lungomare in Opatija and had a much better experience. For us, the difference was significant. Overall, the property has a lot of potential, but it needs better cleaning and maintenance, and most importantly, the “beachfront” description should be reconsidered. We booked expecting to be directly by the sea, but that was not the reality.
