Incredible cheap for the 3 days of New Year’s Eve weekend. Close to the Lungo mare towards Opatija.
Free parking and Apartment right next to it. Kitchen, living room and bedroom kind of vintage style. Whoever has complaints should check prices of other accommodations nearby. Definitely great value for money.
Bathroom should be restored.
The owner said the whole house will go under restoration soon.

The hosts are very kind and welcomed us nicely. The accommodation was comfortable and everything was clean. What impressed us the most was the excellent location and the great sea view from the room. Everything was great and we want to come back again. We had a great vacation.

Apartment has a good location for a decent price. And the living room is fairly large. It also has outside patio seating.
In reality you get what is advertised: an old apartment with old furniture and a bathroom that smells a little funny.
The bath connects the two areas of the apartment - not very nice, though you can also walk outside.
Kitchen area is small and minimally equipped.
Both bedrooms have light shine into them from adjacent rooms by way of a "window" in the upper part of the wall between them.
