L'appartamento è piccolo ma accogliente, situato a circa un chilometro dal centro e impreziosito da una posizione rialzata con un bello scorcio sul mare e da un comodo posto auto privato.
Per renderlo ancora più funzionale, basterebbe qualche piccolo intervento: nel bagno si potrebbe installare un lavandino più capiente e spostare lo specchio che è sopra il wc, mentre per la doccia sarebbe utile un piatto con un bordo più alto per evitare allagamenti e un supporto a muro per il soffione, così da poter fare la doccia e lavarsi i capelli comodamente in piedi, perché con il doccino posizionato a 1.20 da terra è impossibile. Inoltre con la tenda è tutto piu problematico.

A szállás, annak elhelyezkedése kitűnő, tulajdonos kedves és segítökész volt! A környezet és az idő meseszép volt!

Nagyon kényelmes ágy, viszonylag jó elhelyezkedés, parkolási lehetőség (ami Opatijában nagy kincs). Az ablakból látszik a tenger!. Nagyon szép kert veszi körbe a házat.
Nem nagyon volt kommunikáció érkezéskor és elinduláskor. Rendkívül szűkös a fürdőszoba, nagyon kicsi mosdóval. A konyha felszereltsége enyhén szólva hagy kívánnivalókat. Bár stúdió szoba, de azért lehet még javítani rajta.
