A szállás, annak elhelyezkedése kitűnő, tulajdonos kedves és segítökész volt! A környezet és az idő meseszép volt!

Nagyon kényelmes ágy, viszonylag jó elhelyezkedés, parkolási lehetőség (ami Opatijában nagy kincs). Az ablakból látszik a tenger!. Nagyon szép kert veszi körbe a házat.
Nem nagyon volt kommunikáció érkezéskor és elinduláskor. Rendkívül szűkös a fürdőszoba, nagyon kicsi mosdóval. A konyha felszereltsége enyhén szólva hagy kívánnivalókat. Bár stúdió szoba, de azért lehet még javítani rajta.

Das Appartement liegt an der Hauptstraße und ist gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz / Garage direkt beim Haus. Schöne Gartenanlage mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick aufs Meer. Opatja ist fuṣ̌läufig zu erreichen.
Auf der Straße fuhren manchmal laute Motorräder.
