Good value for the money: easy parking, nice room, clean bathroom. Some of the previous reviews stated that it is on the main street and too noisy to sleep, but it was not bothering to me at all. Air conditioning working perfectly.
A toaster in the kitchen could come at hand, but in general it is well equipped.
The balcony (and i am talking only for the ground floor) has a good sea view, but you do not feel completely private since it is connected with the entrance path and the owner sometimes show up on the window instead of calling you on the door. I believe the upper floors do not have this issue and sure have even better view,
