Obiekt czysty, przestronny dla 4 osób. Gospodarz pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko. Restauracje, park, sklepy są pod ręką. Jedyna niedogodność to brak plaży, chyba że ktoś lubi betonową. My z rodziną jeździliśmy około 15 minut poza Opatija.
Wiedzieliśmy czego się spodziewać i nic negatywnego do opisu nas nie zaskoczyło.
