Уютно, чисто, великолепный вид из окна на море и Риеку. Есть все для проживания на долгий период. 10 минут до пляжа.
Это не зависит от хозяев апартаментов, но сложно без лифта преодолевать каждый раз 100 ступенек в подъезде. Особенно, если до этого ты уже поднимался 400 метров в гору. Не подходит для пожилых людей или с проблемами движения.

A nice and modern apartment with a great view. The lady owner greeted us when we arrived, very friendly and helpful. Town center is a short walk down the hill from the apartment, and a spar is close by as well if you need groceries. For what we wanted on our trip, it was a great stay!
Missing a kettle, or at least I couldn't find it. Also no elevator might be problematic for some.
