Nice clean and modern town house with dedicated parking
Feels new and very clean. All you need is there. Location was perfect for our Derwentwater hike. There’s a 6 stall fast EV charger across the street.
Single mattresses are basic, hard and uncomfortable. Strong smell to chlorine or something similar, a cleaning agent, across the whole house - hopefully will disappear in a few days.

Damp and possibly should not be let until it is solved.
Well equipped and keys ready and waiting.
Very bad damp infestation in the twin bedroom. It had spread from walls to skirting board and carpet. They came and cleaned it but then the room smelt of bleach and damp. So could.only use one of the two bedrooms for a fee of £180 a night. Had to sofa surf for two nights. Left early.

Excellent base for visiting Keswick and surrounding Lake District area
Ideal location for all Keswick attractions, only 5 minute walk from town center. Modern well appointed cottage in quiet location. Clean and fresh with comfortable seating and beds.
No obvious shortcomings with the cottage. The only very minor issue was a loose shower head in the main bathroom.
