A large spiral stone steps lead to the first floor veranda, looking out across the River Derwent to the stunning skyline of Latrigg and Skiddaw and the world famous former Cumberland Pencil Mill. The front door opens to the bright, airy and spacious open plan living area. This incredible space is quite unique with its high vaulted ceiling with impressive wooden beams. Comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged around the feature fireplace with gas stove.
