About this cottage rental
The modern kitchen is fully fitted and very well equipped with everything you would need for your self catering holiday; electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The lounge is spacious, light and comfortable with two settees, dining table, smart TV, DVD player, electric fire, and feature Lakeland slate hearth.
There are two very comfortable bedrooms; the first with a double bed and off this bedroom an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. There's plenty of storage space and both rooms will be dressed in fresh linen and towels for your arrival.
The fully tiled bathroom comprises a shower over bath, WC and hand basin.
There is allocated parking for one car in front of the entrance. Guests can enjoy complimentary unlimited Wi-fi throughout. Small shared garden area with seating.
The apartment is conveniently situated a stones throw from Booth's supermarket (which has an electric car charging point) and the E-Venture shop for easy bike hire.

Keswick is one of our favourite places for a much needed break. Howrahs court is in the best location, close by to the supermarket for your self-catering supplies and near to the bus station for drive free days out, but hidden away overlooking the rugby field and the fells beyond. A short walk in to the town
for pubs/restaurants and a visit to Derwentwater. A spacious two bedroomed cottage/apartment, well equipped and full of home comforts.

Lovely place to stay, very central with car parking space. Nice open views from the lounge and very quiet throughout our stay.

Nice flat , we enjoyed it have used Keswick cottages many times over the years , and never had any problems

The positives were good location with allocated parking. The tv, wi fi and heating were very good.
Unfortunately there were negatives.
There was a drain smell in the bathroom despite two air fresheners being in there.
The towels in the bathroom were very old, worn and hard. Not nice to use.
Grouting on bathroom floor was dirty.
There was one rubbish bag in the bin in the kitchen and no others provided.
Overall cleaning of the apartment was patchy with quite a bit of dust overlooked in the cleaning.
The property was advertised as suitable for four people. The front bedroom was far too cramped with the door
not opening fully as the bed was in the way.
We have visited Keswick on many occasions and this has been by far the most disappointing accommodation.
