Latrigg View is a spacious ground floor apartment in a quiet well maintained block a couple of minute’s level walk from the shopping area and within easy walking distance of Derwentwater. It is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, carpeted throughout and thoughtfully equipped with full gas central heating & double glazing. It is close to the river and enjoys views towards Latrigg and Skiddaw from the bedrooms.
