About this cottage rental

Unique split level open plan living space with a superb and well equipped kitchen and dining area. Grand leather corner sofa and two easy chairs, wall mounted Smart TV, DAB radio, I-Pod docking station and solid oak dining table and chairs. Step down into the well equipped kitchen with Siemens integrated appliances and ceramic hob.

The elegant master suite provides a king-size bed, high beam ceilings, built in wardrobe and en-suite with shower.

The second room provides comfortable twin beds, and step down into the third bedroom which also provides twin beds. Each room has a TV, solid oak furniture, luxury linens, and quality furnishings.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has shower bath with rainfall feature. There is a small utility area with laundry facilities. The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps, and some towels.

There are two allocated parking spaces. For additional parking please contact the office however these are subject to availability.

The apartment is suitable for one small dog - £20 pet fee applies

Been going to Keswick for years and this was a last minute decision which was a good one. Loved being so close to everything and the place was immaculate home from home could not fault it. Thanks to the team who looked after us and nothing was too much i even contacted the office on the Sunday a day before we were due to leave to secure it for four more nights. David was very helpful indeed.

Our fifth stay at Apartment 3 and we remain very happy with the apartment which is always clean and well maintained. Its a great location in the centre of Keswick and parking for two cars is a major bonus. Our only (slight) negative is the outside tables and chairs which are looking jaded and need replacing Service from Keswick Cottages is excellent and very helpful, highly recommend the company

Ideally located for centre of Keswick with lovely views from windows. Rather noisy as on main road through centre of town. Four flights of stairs to flat a lot for the elderly to cope with as no lift.

Excellent apartment to stay in Keswick. Cosy and relaxing living area with modern kitchen which has everything you would require. Good sized bedrooms, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. Right in the heart of town so everything is easy to reach and the two parking spaces are a real bonus. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back again sometime soon.

Perfect location, close to shops. Perfect property, everything had been thought of. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms girgeous and comfortable. Garden fabulous for pooches. No complaints at all, will definitely be back.

Apartment 3 is an ideal place to stay in Keswick, conveniently close to all amenities, but peaceful and quiet. And with two parking spaces and the bus station round the corner, you need not move the car! It is equipped with everything you might need, and everything is spotlessly clean and in good order. Beautiful views of the fells back and front.

First time staying here, Apartment 3 had everything we needed for a 7day stay. Very comfy rooms parking for our 2 cars and close to town and the mountains. We had a great holiday at an excellent place I would definitely book to stay here again when we are ready to return to the lakes.

Just had another weekend at the Bridge House and apartments and as always just perfect. If you haven't been to Keswick before then you are missing a treat, walking, eating and drinking literally on your doorstep. The best of the Lakes by far.

Third time we have stayed in Apartment 3, very comfortable and well equipped apartment just off the centre of Keswick. Parking for two cars which is a major bonus and lots tables in a private garden to enjoy the sunshine (if you are lucky!) Exceptionally clean throughout and comfortable beds, the road noise is a pain but not unbearable, it starts around 0530 so something to consider for light sleepers. Keswick Cottages are very helpful and friendly if you have any issues or problems.

We have stayed in the Bridge House complex with Keswick Cottages for more years than I can remember! It has always been excellent and this year was no exception. Fantastic apartment in brilliant location and as always great customer service.

The property was well kept and in an excellent location. However, we experienced very poor customer service. There was an issue which was not resolved for the whole of our week long stay. We telephoned 3 times and eventually gave up despite assurances that we'd be contacted by the owner. This marred our stay. I would probably recommend the property as long as you didn't encounter any problems that needed resolution.

We had a great stay in Bridgehouse apartment 3. We keep going back there.... It's clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. It's just a few minutes walk from the centre of Keswick, so very handy for shops etc.. And it's dog friendly. We will continue booking with Keswick cottages in the future.

Great location and well equipped apartment, major plus is the parking for two vehicles right in the centre of Keswick. Spotlessly clean and felt very fresh, we will definitely be back (already booked for August!) Excellent company to deal with and very helpful if you need some help or assistance,

Lovely, well equipped apartment in excellent location. Nice, large outdoor area & garden with tables and chairs. The tables were very dirty on our arrival but had been cleaned the following day when we went to use one. The windows in 2 of the bedrooms and bathroom don’t open. This made the rooms very stuffy on a warm weekend. We had paid extra for all the beds to be made up into doubles. This hadn’t been done in the 3rd bedroom. We contacted the host who said this wasn’t possible in the 3rd bedroom due to the style of the bed. This should be made clear on the website. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful weekend in Keswick and would definitely consider booking Bridge House again.

The apartment is lovely, really homely and comfortable. Nicely colour coordinated decor. Everything provided that you would need. Right on the doorstep of the pubs and shops of Keswick so perfect location. The apartment does front the A591 so there is some road noise to disturb a light sleeper but a broken drain cover (surely will be fixed) added to the road noise when vehicles passed over while we stayed.

The apartment was first rate from every perspective... space, location, furnishing, equipment and so on. Our group was made up of 4 adults so we certainly had enough room both for group get togethers and a little bit of piece and quiet individually. Our proximity to the town centre was very useful but not in anyway intrusive in terms of either traffic noise or visitor activity. Overall we were agreed that it was excellent for the needs of the group.

It was disappointing that the apartment had not been fully prepared for a off season booking. The owner had not responded to our concerns that we informed Keswick cottages of. There were no instructions left out on the table. There was a power pad that hadn't been powered up that would normally provide operating instructions The freezer was switched off and it wasn't clear how the hob worked

Bridge House 3 is a well presented, modern apartment with 3 lovely big bedrooms. Kitchen is modern and well stocked (Tassimo coffee machine if you want to plan ahead). It was warm and cosy after long walks out. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away and off street parking for 2 cars. There is also an enclosed garden which is great for the kids or dogs. We had a great stay.

Having been to Keswick many times this accommodation more than met our expectations. The location was just as we had hoped but the size of the garden and children's equipment was an added bonus as there was plenty of outside space to sit and for kids to play. The outside area and garden was also well equipped with picnic tables and chairs. The apartment was spacious with good sized rooms and was very well equipped - the addition of an apartment tablet was a great idea. The kitchen had high quality appliances and plenty of utensils etc. We would definitely come back to this apartment and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A very comfortable stay in a top floor apartment with views to high fells. Was perfectly situated in town for easy access to shops, market and eateries. Manager was easy to contact and response to our needs was done promptly making sure our stay was smooth. All we had to do was pick whatever adventure we wanted to do each day.

We loved the apartment which was brilliantly set up and had everything we needs for a great holiday in it. The service was great when we needed fresh towels and bedding part way through our stay. The cleaner was lovely and very helpful. We were however very disappointed by the tennis court. This was one of our main reasons for booking at the bridge complex, but it was in a very poor condition. It was overgrown and it wasn't possible in spite of asking to have the foliage cut back. It was desperately in need of a sweep, or even better a pressure wash, as the plant debris all around made it slippery and difficulty to see the lines. We spent ages looking for balls lost in the trailing ivy, several of which could not be found. When an amenity is described for a booking it would be good if that amenity could be properly maintained.

We booked as part of a large family group celebrating my father’s 80th birthday, and had an excellent stay in this lovely central apartment. Other family members stayed in Bridge cottage and Coleridge cottage. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and in a great location. Plenty of parking and we loved the garden and tennis court. From the kitchen window these is also a lovely view of Catbells. We had a wonderful active week in Keswick and even climbed Scafell Pike on my dads 80th birthday…what an achievement! We also hired the small cinema room at the Alhambra cinema to watch Top Gun together which was brilliant! Highly recommend the Alhambra. Keswick cottages were very helpful and responsive before and during our stay and when we couldn’t find the manual to work the conduction hob (which was easy to use in the end!) We would definitely recommend Keswick cottages and the bridge apartment 3 as a great place to stay and hope to return. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Apartment 3, its in a great location and very comfortable, once again the property was spotlessly clean and with great features. Beds were all comfortable and rest of the apartment is really set up for a relaxing holiday. Booking through Keswick Cottages is simple and the best customer service we have had in the Lakes (or anywhere else), really helpful and friendly. Only gripe was the hot water (or lack of it), lots of fiddling to get a hot shower and a bath which was frustrating, we had a small issue over parking on day one but that was quickly resolved, it might help to send out the car park plan along with the directions to the property? Definitely we will stay again

Lovely place which we’ve stayed in over the years at various times of the year. Clean, comfortable and ample parking which is a premium in Keswick, cars only moved to go further afield as everything needed on our doorstep. Gorgeous new bathrooms and the main stair well has just been repainted too. Thank you for a very relaxing and homely place to stay

We stayed for a week, 4 adults, one child and a dog during October half term. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment is. From the photos we did think it would be a bit cramped, but this was not the case. The kitchen is far more spacious than the photos show and is well equipped. The bedrooms are all a good size and very comfy. The washer/dryer is not mentioned but was very welcomed. Being on the high street we were expecting a lot of traffic noise, whilst there was some it was barely noticeable. The parking 'map' takes some figuring out and the spaces are quite small but useable. The garden is lovely, enclosed for the kids and dogs. The trampoline and swings were a big hit. It would be lovely in the summer. We did have some issues with cleanliness, such as the crockery being dirty and the bed runners but Keswick cottages rectified this. The overall general cleanliness was good. The location was excellent for amenities, walks and buses. We hardly used the car all week.
