Nightingale Luxury Apartment

The location was trully amazing, with a view of the parlament as well as the fishermans bastion. The apartment is super spacious, the kichen big enough to prepare meals, the beds comfy. There is a lift (with luggage we went two people at a time). There was a disco ball in one of the bedrooms which made us laugh.

There wasnt a free parking spot included (which we knew in advance) but one could easily find a spot nearby. (We came in june) Upon arrival there was a slight cigaret smell in the apartment. The ac was only in one of the bedrooms. Some of the light swiches didn't work corectly.

The apartment is very spacious and is located in an excellent location, right by the Danube, across from the Parliament, which adds a special experience to staying in Budapest. It is situated in a quieter part of the city, yet still very close to the center and all major attractions. We especially appreciated that public transport (metro and others) is just a few minutes’ walk away, making everything easily accessible. Despite some shortcomings, our stay was pleasant and we were able to enjoy our trip. The apartment has great potential and is truly in a fantastic location.

The apartment was not adequately prepared for our arrival — the third bedroom did not have bed linen, and no one responded to the message we sent requesting it. The stovetop was not working, which was a significant issue for us, as due to health reasons (and the presence of an 86-year-old person) we were not able to eat out and had planned to cook. Communication with the staff was poor — the person who answered the phone was not helpful, and afterwards no one responded anymore. The kitchen is poorly equipped (very little cookware — only one large and one small pot, and one pan), which is not appropriate for an apartment of this size and capacity. The apartment has great potential, but much more attention and professionalism are needed in maintenance and communication with guests.

The listing has false information. The apartment is not even close to city center. We needed to spend quite a bit to reach City center each day Lastly the place wasn't disabled friendly. It was a big problem, as it wasn't mentioned in the listing.
