The location of the house is really good. It's quite central and close to some of the main attractions. Rooms are big and the house is quite nice and a good size for a family of 4.
Our booking confirmation clearly mentioned a bottle of champagne and a bottle of wine in the extras. However neither were there when we arrived. After asking for them, they left us a bottle of sparkling wine but made it sound like they were doing us a favour.
The handle on one of the bedroom doors was broken and so was the shower hook in the bathroom. Also the AC in the master bedroom wasn't very effective. We were there at 38 degrees temperature and the fact that the house had an AC was one of our criteria for booking. The worst part was that the owner just stopped replying to our messages since telling them about all the things that were broken.
The house itself is nice and our overall experience was good, but these little things matter.

What a fantastic location - I wish I lived here all the time! The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the personal touches by the hosts and felt almost as if we were friends.
Some of the living room furniture is worn but is still comfortable. Checking out feels a touch strange but also exciting!

Central location - spacious and clean, well equiped, properly heated during winter season. Host was very responsive. Instructions were sent timely and contained all necessary info. Building has working elevator which is plus. Place is quiet.
Don't expect spectacular view but I didn't mind knowing that apartment is located in historical center and older building.
