Stollár Apartment, Best Danube View

The views of the Danube from our window were priceless. The location of the apartment was great! We could walk to almost all the places on our list. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

For a longer stay like ours (11 nights) it would have been nice to be given two sets of towels each per guest, without having to pay for additional ones. Same for hand towels in each bathroom.

The View: The view of the Danube from the main room is absolutely magical! It was the highlight of our stay. The Location: This is the best location in Budapest. It is very close to Margaret Island and Margaret Bridge. The Parliament is also nearby. The building is directly across from Olimpia Park, which is very convenient. The Apartment: The flat is very spacious and was extremely comfortable for the two of us. Amenities: The host was very kind and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift. There was also coffee and tea available. The Wi-Fi connection is good. The Building: There is a fast elevator, and I liked the nice carpets in the hallway (entrance).

Noise: It can be a bit noisy because of the ferries, boats, and the street. Windows: The windows are old (not double-glazed), so they don't block the sound perfectly. However, the incredible view makes you forget about the noise!

The location is fantastic, I could walk to everything I needed or wished to see. This apartment has a lovely view of the Danube from large windows in its spacious living room. It is quiet, except for the tramway. People in the building are friendly.

Great location, great view and good value for money. If you plan to be out for most of the day/night, this is suitable.

The washing machine did not work. This was the main reason i booked the apartment. The shower was not great. Bed in main room was uncomfortable. The furniture was worn. Floorboards in bedroom were very creaky. I would not recommend for young children.
