Luxury 3BEDRM 2BATHRM Apartment with Danube River View

We had a couple of issues during our stay with the bed linen and the kitchen sink, but the host responded immediately, took responsibility and handled everything professionally. Communication was excellent throughout, and they genuinely cared about making things right and ensuring we were satisfied. Issues can happen anywhere, and for me, what really matters is how they are handled. In this case, the host was responsive, fair and took full responsibility. I really appreciate the way everything was handled and would happily recommend them. Thank you!

Muy cómodo, amplio y renovado. Con aire acondicionado, que resultó esencial porque durante nuestra estancia ningún día bajó de 40 grados ni de 25 las noches… Tiene tres habitaciones con camas duras, pero cómodas. El salón es muy agradable y la cocina está bastante bien equipada. La entrada es con unas claves, y las indicaciones que se envían son muy claras. Fue muy fácil contactar con quienes gestionan el apartamento, y cuando tuvimos algún problema, en seguida nos lo solucionaron. Tiene al lado parada de bus y de tranvía, y está casi a orilla del Danubio y a 15 minutos andando del Parlamento. Varios supermercados al lado.

Todo me pareció muy bien. Si acaso, como mejora sugeriría retapizar las sillas del comedor
