Grand Deco Residence on the St Stephen Boulevard

The flat is exceptionally well located, right on the edge of District V (easy to walk to main attractions), with immediate access to trams 2, 4, and 6, as well as the Nyugati metro station. It's also just a short walk from Margaret Island - a lush, family friendly, car-free oasis that's perfect for running, swimming, relaxing, or enjoying one of its many outdoors restaurants. Inside, the rooms are remarkably spacious, with ceilings of approximately 4 metres, creating an airy, open feel that makes the flat seem even larger than the photos suggest. The building itself is full of character, and its elegant architecture—including the charming original lift—adds to its appeal. The flat is clean and in a decent condition requiring only smaller fixes (e.g. roll-up blinds to fix / windows to paint), comes fully equipped. Support staff is available by WhatsApp and sorted out a few issues for us at short notice.

As with any city-centre location, there are come small annoyances: background noise from passing trams and a nearby nightclub, although we did not find it particularly disruptive. The building itself, including the entrance and common areas, could certainly benefit from some refurbishment to make a stronger first impression. It would also be reassuring to see improved security measures at the entrance to reduce the likelihood of unauthorised people entering the building. During warmer weather, air conditioning would be a welcome addition and would make the flat even more comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and clean! It was a perfect location to explore Budapest and had all the facilities we needed for our stay.

Apa caldă se termina foarte repede, fiind un grup de 7 persoane . Dar chiar și in aceste condiții, recomand!
