Very easy check-in process, despite turning up at the hotel at approximately 11pm we were in our room within 5 minutes. The WhatsApp bot was very helpful in expediting this process. Once we got in, the room was spotless - immaculately clean and very nicely done. Nothing felt cheap and it didn’t feel like any corners were cut during the interior fit-out. The bed was king size which was a great little positive for the room as well. In the morning upon waking up and going downstairs to check out, we were greeted by a brilliant hostess named Maria who spoke great English and was very kind. She allowed us to leave our bags in the baggage storage all day whilst we explored the city which was another bonus as we didn’t have to drag around a load of luggage with us. The price, I believe, was also great considering the fact it is also F1 week here in Budapest at the time of our stay.

Less of a “didn’t like” and more of just a little maintenance improvement, the tap in the shower was a little leaky but in the grand scale of things the positives HEAVILY outweighed the negatives - of which there weren’t many.

Everything was very good, very easy to do the self check in and self check out. And over there the one who was dedicated to me was Lami she helped me a lot with sharing the detailed videos of the check in process and all of my questions and was always available for me through message or call and guided me very smoothly with the public transportation and other stuff. I am very thankful to Lami.

Location was great!

The kitchen was not equipped enough. We did ask our room to be cleaned once during our stay of 5 nights. However it did not happen. Not sure why.

Location is super amazing, almost walking distance to many places.

1. TV had been remote by someone while no one touch the tv control, which made me feel quite insecure. Probably it’s because of the wall/door are quite thin? 2.Quite disappointed with the cleaning services during my stay. There were several issues: No cleaning on the first day despite placing the "Make Up Room" card on the door. My sealed travel-size facial toner and cleanser were thrown away, even though they were neatly placed in the bathroom. After cleaning, only one towel was provided, even though my booking was clearly for two guests. Reached out host but ealier time they can support is next day. There was no on-site support team available, which made it impossible to resolve these issues in a timely manner. Overall, the housekeeping was not up to standard, and the lack of support made the situation worse on our last day of stay.
