Nice rooms, good location, not noisy environment. Receptionist was very friendly. As they do provide breakfast included in price, we had a room service bringing us breakfast to the room. It was nice.

The two bedroom apartment was vey comfortable for a family. We had everything we needed for a long stay. The location is great and close enough to all main interest points and you have everything you need in close proximity. The hotel staff was nice and helpful..

In the beginning we had the deluxe apartment that wasn’t as we expected - the crew was very helpful and change it to the two bedroom apartment without any issue.

The apartment has many positive points. It is very clean, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the location is excellent. It is in a convenient area with easy access to the train and bus stops, and there are many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The hot water works well, and overall the apartment is comfortable.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, I was told that the access code would be sent at 3:00 PM, but I did not receive it. I had to contact the host at around 4:00 PM to get the code. I was lucky that my flight was delayed, because otherwise I could have arrived and been stuck outside without access. The code should be sent on time without guests needing to repeatedly text or call. Second, the description mentioned one king bed and one extra bed, but the second sleeping option is actually a sofa located in the living room. This was not clearly explained in the description, and the sofa is not very comfortable for sleeping. Also, pillows did not have a pillow cover/sheet, which is a small detail but important for cleanliness and comfort.

Location was great. We had issue with loud guests after midnight on few nights. The property manager listened to our complaint and took the necessary action so that it does not happened again. They gave us a bottle of wine and 6 beer which was very much appreciated.

We had a 2-bedroom flat. We didn’t know that the smaller room had internal window, opening on the common/public corridor leading to another flat. We couldn’t really leave it open at night if needed to. Anyway, it is fine for a 3-4 days stay. The reception staff is very helpful.
