Fantastic location: close to everything, including a Metro station. Yet, far enough away from the big intersection that it was still very quiet from street noise. The room was clean and well appointed. The service, via WhatsApp, was prompt and excellent. The bathroom is big, clean and excellent.
They could add small chest-of-drawers to store clothes. The closet is very good, but an additional chest of draws would be helpful. Also, the tiny trash bins are, well, too small. Both could be a bit larger.

Staff really lovely, clean room and the housekeeper came everyday to tidy and empty our bins. Mini fridge in the room is helpful.
The air con was not working properly therefore we slept in a warm room. They did provide a fan however it was just blowing hot air around however the lady did explain it was due to a guest messing around with the settings.

I liked how clean it was in the room, they could do something else to the entre and the building when you first enter. The first thing you see is trash cans and nothing about the building looks nice at first sight but the room was a lot nicer than what the outside looked like
The entrance and the fact that there’s no light in the hall and you can’t see at night. Also it was not very soundproof, there wasn’t that much noise but you could definitely hear if there was. It’s like the door wouldn’t close all the way and it felt like you didn’t have any privacy
